My Dad was a pilot in PAF. I think its pretty common amongst PAF officers to be able to hitch rides for hella cheap IF there is space available. I remember we used to come to Karachi every Eid in a C-130 when my Dad was posted at the JCSC in Pindi. I even remember "Flying" a C-130 once when I was a kid. The pilot was a friend of my Dad and when I was checking out the cockpit inflight, he asked me if I wanted to "fly" the plane. I sat in his lap for like a minute and just held the stick.
yup. it is possible and yes you have to have some connections. I personally have been to tank testing and practice. sat in one and hell drove one too. They used to do it at Tilla jogian shooting range. You know the place from where we fired the first missile test (people in jhelum just ignored the missile smoke as a plane :) ). Even more ironic fact: Tilla Jogian is the place where Ranjha went to get some peace and became jogi.
anyway dig around and you will get lots of stories like that.
anyway serious talk now.

Best area to conduct nuclear testing is siachen.
The nuke tester all over the world believe that the only testing place is the one far away from human reach i.e. nothing from there can reach human by way of vegetables, crops, food, water or raw materials.
Now I want you to read these sentences "The glacier's melting waters are the main source of the Nubra River in Indian controlled Ladakh, which drains into the Shyok River. The Shyok in turn joins the Indus River, thus the glacier is a major source of the river Indus".

Its uninhabited, Its disputed territory, and its far away from population areas.
yeah well guess what is the biggest water resource of Pakistan?
All we need to do is tell the Hindus that we will be conducting nuclear testing on the glacier and that they should come down from the glacier or even better stay. As for flooding caused by using nuclear weapons on the glacier,
Perhaps an underground nuclear test on siachen would be better than a surface or atmospheric test. Regards.
First of all they are standing above us. water goes down not up.
secondly its Siachin where life expectancy out in cold goes down by the minute. Its not callifornia beach where you can just sit and relax in sunlight. I am guessing you never really spent time in -30. and i mean day after day -30 and when you start getting frost bites. Give you example. here is a line from toronto news:
"Nighttime temperatres will plummet to -18C or zero on the old scale, with dangerous wind chill values closing in on -30C. At that rate exposed skin can freeze within about 10 minutes."
above is talking about -18. In siachin its -50 and its damn windy. So you want to digg through 10 meter of snow which fell just last year. Do you know how much snow that is? Lets put things in perspective. you live in UK. I am guessing somewhre in london maybe. so all that snow this year was 20 cm. now imagine a one year accumulation of snow 50 times more than that. Now by some weired luck you are able to do that in + -50 you still have to go through glacier before you reach solid earth.
Now imagine the costs, health and people we are under serious test. Now tell me, would it be worth doing it? wouldnt it be cheaper just higher somebody with that much money to p|ss india off rather than screwing up your power supply. hey you can even higher chris rock to do stand up comedy on explaiinin hindus are ugly.
