better report all of the lost passports. they can show up anywhere. like in afghanistan iraq or anywhere like that. Next thing you know a suicide attack in US and they find a Pakistani passport in all that rubble.

Didn't the Israelis use British diplomatic passports for committing terrorism in Dubai? Even though the British say the passports were stolen they probably issued them deliberately as they work very closely with Mossad.
