Part 1 of series. The astonishing quotes from CIA documents below reveal detailed, successful experiments in highly secret, government-sponsored mind control programs. Through hypnosis, drugs, and electric shock, CIA clinicians fractured personalities and induced multiple personality disorder (MPD). These top secret programs were successful in creating Manchurian Candidates or super spies programmed to carry out sexual favors, assassination, and other terrorist acts without any conscious knowledge of what they were doing.

To verify this startling information, links are provided to images of the revealing original documents. Instructions are also available here to order for yourself any of these documents directly from the CIA using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The vast majority of official documents from these mind control programs were destroyed by the order of then CIA director Richard Helms after hearing there would be a Congressional investigation. He did not realize, however, that incriminating evidence remained in the financial files of the programs, which are what you read below. We can only imagine what secrets the destroyed documents held.


Control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes.


Though dating from the 1950s and 60s, these documents were not released for decades for reasons of "national security." The U.S. government claims mind control experiments are no longer being carried out, yet how can we know? The existence of these programs was denied for decades, and certainly any recent documents would be classified secret under the rubric of "national security." A CIA informant I know assures me that these programs are ongoing, and that the techniques have been greatly refined. These disturbing methods are used by various countries in clandestine operations around the world. In a general request for volunteers [deleted names] volunteered for H [hypnosis] experimentation and were originally tested on 21 May 1951. Both girls, at this time, were nineteen years of age. These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H controlled state via the telephone, via some very subtle signal that cannot be detected by other persons in the room, and without the other individuals being able to note the change.

It has been shown clearly that physically individuals can be induced into H by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words. Control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes, and that they can be conditioned to a point where they believe a change in identity on their part even on the polygraph.

Note: This documents shows that CIA experimenters were successful in hypnotizing young women (19 years old in this case) to do things they would not do normally without any memory. Though they volunteered, these women were thus programmed to be Manchurian Candidates or super spies with no knowledge of what these men were doing to them.

Learning models will be instituted in which the subject will be rewarded or punished for his overall performance and reinforced in various ways - by being told whether he was right, by being told what the target was, with electric shock etc. ... In other cases drugs and psychological tricks will be used to modify his attitudes. The experimenters will be particularly interested in disassociative states, from the abaissement de niveau mental to multiple personality in so-called mediums, and an attempt will be made to induce a number of states of this kind, using hypnosis.

A posthypnotic of the night before (pointed finger, you will sleep) was enacted. Misses [deleted] and [deleted] immediately progressed to a deep hypnotic state with no further suggestion. Miss [deleted] was then instructed (having previously expressed a fear of firearms in any fashion) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken miss [deleted] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep), and failing this, she would pick up a pistol nearby and fire it at Miss [deleted]. She was instructed that her rage would be so great that she would not hesitate to “kill” [deleted] for failing to awaken.

Miss [deleted] carried out these suggestions to the letter including firing the (unloaded pneumatic pistol) gun at [deleted] and then proceeding to fall into a deep sleep. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened and expressed complete amnesia for the entire sequence. Miss [deleted] was again handed the gun, which she refused (in an awakened state) to pick up or accept form the operator. She expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened.

Note: Here we have proof that these women could be converted into unsuspecting assassins. They could then be programmed to assassinate anyone and would do so without any conscious knowledge afterward. Remember that the vast majority of documents from these programs were destroyed.

I've been saying that the enemies have been using hypnosis and other mind control techniques to create the suicide bombers that are hitting Pakistani cities. That would explain why prisoners released form American and British torture camps in Guantanamo Bay, Abu Gharib, Balgram etc end up attacking Pakistan, a phenomena that is otherwise very hard to understand.

Mind control, now, exists in every part of media as it is controlled by mainly, jews. In todays age it can more precisely be called "Perception Management" where certain images, scenes, scenerios, words etc are systematically positioned in movies, books and even cartoons to mold the society accordingly

CIA instructor boasts of sexual exploits using hypnosis in declassified papers

Part 2 of series. Quote from a declassified CIA paper: "[Deleted] stated that he had constantly used hypnotism as a means of inducing young girls to engage in sexual intercourse with him." According to this revealing government document, the person mentioned here was the instructor in a secret CIA mind control training program back in 1951.

On 2 July 1951 approximately 1:00 p.m. the instruction began with [deleted] relating to the student some of his sexual experiences. [Deleted] stated that he had constantly used hypnotism as a means of inducing young girls to engage in sexual intercourse with him. [Deleted], a performer in [deleted] orchestra, was forced to engage in sexual intercourse with [deleted] while under the influence of hypnotism. [Deleted] stated that he first put her into a hypnotic trance and then suggested to her that he was her husband and that she desired sexual intercourse with him.

[Deleted] further stated that many times going home on [deleted] he would use hypnotic suggestion to have a girl turn around and talk to him and suggest sexual intercourse to him and that as a result of these suggestions induced by him he spent approximately five nights a week away from home engaging in sexual intercourse.

Only when we know about something terrible that is happening can we then work to stop it. Where does it say anywhere that this thread is about drone attacks? It's about CIA mind control. CIA also happens to be bombing Pakistan so they're not exactly friends of Pakistan. 600+ dead women and children may not mean anything to you but they do to me.

There are also daily suicide attacks in Pakistan that are being controlled by the same Taliban who are getting supplied from Afghanistan. When someone blows themselves up they are being mind controlled. They are supplied with bombs, told targets and dropped off at the location. Plus they're motivated and mind controlled by their instructors. It is worth investigating what goes through their minds. We have a right to explore every possibility in a situation this serious.

With regards to topic, what you are implying is the suicide bombers are mind controlled and sent by CIA. What about dozens of other attacks based on sectarian/ehtnic/religious differences that happened even before 9/11? If it is that easy, why not we are doing similar operations as much as we have thousands of babas willing to do it?

Yes, the suicide bombers are all mind controlled. We just don't know by whom. We can't say that 100% of them are controlled by the CIA, nor can we say that 100% of them are controlled by pure, decent Muslims whose only motivation is to spread Islam by mass murdering fellow Muslims.

It does seem odd to me that the number one country in the world getting attacked by suicide bombers is Pakistan and that 99.99% of those who die are Muslims, both in Iraq and in Pakistan. You would think that the suicide bombers would attack the thousands of juicy, fat, gay American and British soldiers that are occupying Iraq and Afghanistan. But no, 99.99% of the suicide attacks are on Muslims in both countries.

It also seems odd that almost all suicide attacks are occurring in exactly those places which the Americans and British are occupying. But then only on Muslims, not on the Americans and British. And by some weird coincidence the attacks only became so widespread and frequent once the American and British occupations happened.

The reality is that the enemy exploits existing divisions to promote their agenda. The Shia/Sunni conflict goes back to the beginning of Islam but in Iraq there is no history of the fierce killings between the sects until the Americans and British occupied the country. Suddenly mosques were being blown up by each side and there was mass murder by both groups.

Remember the incident in Basra when SAS soldiers dressed as Arabs were caught red-handed with explosives and detonation devices ready to be planted somewhere. The British Army attacked the Iraqi police station with tanks to release the.

So the Americans and British do all kinds of dirty tricks, but unfortunately some Pakistanis still only believe what is shown in CNN or BBC, channels from countries at war with Pakistan and the whole Islamic world.

For example "remote viewing." This is a ability of some people to see in their minds things that are in another place, like a different city or country. There are actual reports that the CIA used remote viewing to identify sites in Iraq where the supposed WMDs were stored. Needless to say, remote viewing is a faulty art and most of the time it doesn't work. But still, in the US even some police departments use it to try to solve cases of missing people and crimes.

All of these things may sound weird but it's just part of the Western obsession with exploring everything with an open mind that sometimes leads to great discoveries in art, science and technology etc.

Less successful cultures have closed minds and are content to live in ignorance. Even in the West at one time it was believed that the Earth was flat and that the Sun went around the Earth. Anyone believing otherwise was sentenced to jail. But the great explosion i science and technology happened when the people with free minds gained ascendancy.

So we're taught to use the scientific method to distinguish the truth from falsehood. But some of us become slaves of only being willing to believe what the West tells us is true and not believe what they tell us is false. So while we limit our thoughts they continue to experiment with all kinds of far fetched theories in the hope of striking gold.

Yes, the CIA indulges in every bizarre experiment imaginable and it's not just wild speculation. Maybe we can learn from this to explore every idea and possibility with an open mind.

Extrasensory agents helped the CIA arrest KGB spies and detect secret objects in the USSR

Seventy-three thousand pages of secret documents have recently been declassified in the United States. The information unveiled the activity of two special groups that worked with extrasensory individuals. The CIA had to acknowledge that it used remote viewers and other individuals possessing paranormal abilities for intelligence purposes.

The groups of extrasensory individuals apparently worked without having any links with each other. One of those groups was searching for information about spying on the territory of the USA (counterintelligence), another one was dealing with identification of nuclear and other secret objects in the country of an enemy (strategic intelligence).

The two groups achieved quite impressive results in their work. The Polish and East-German residents, as well as other agents from several “NATO-friendly” countries of Western Europe were destroyed owing to the efforts of the first group. Aldrich Ames, a KGB agent, was detected with special groups' help too.

American counterintelligence officers had a suspicion of having a spy within the CIA, although there was absolutely no information about him. A remote viewer involved in the detecting process gave the following description: “The man lives on the outskirts of Washington, owns a very expensive foreign car, he is married to a Latin American woman, most likely a Colombian, and he likes grey.” Six CIA agents matching the description were put under strict observation – Aldrich Ames was caught as a result of the further investigation.

Extrasensory individuals from the strategic intelligence unit helped the CIA find a Soviet nuclear test ground in Semipalatinsk and a Chinese test ground in Lop-Nor. American agents had information about certain objects of paramount importance in those areas. However, it was impossible for them to find out, what kind of object they were exactly – secret factories, military grounds or powerful centers to test and launch ballistic missiles.

”Psychic spy” Joseph McMoneagle also known as “remote viewing agent #001” was shown a spot on the map of the USSR, where the mysterious secret object was supposedly located, as CIA agents thought. McMoneagle put his finger on the map and described the image that he saw in his mind:

”It is a congregation of low stone and concrete buildings. A huge underground warehouse filled with lethal weapons…Not only missiles. There are other square and round items there. I see a very high column of smoke, bearing some semblance to a huge lifting crane, rising above the area (it was most likely the smoke of a nuclear blast). The people inhabiting that place are sick. Their hair is receding, their bones are putrefying. They deliver sick children, and they are still obsessed with some idea.”

It was quite an eloquent description for secret agents to understand, what kind of an object was located in Semipalatinsk (which is now a town in the republic of Kazakhstan). Then CIA Director Richard Helms moved the paranormal espionage from the category “Research” to the category “Practice.” Joseph McMoneagle's success as a remote viewer increased the funding of such unusual activities, not to mention the improved moral aspect. The US authorities spent about $2 million a year on a rather small group of 20 extrasensory individuals in the 1990s.

Other achievements of American psychic agents include: factories making weapons of mass destruction in third world countries, including Iraq (it is not ruled out that the information about WMD in Iraq sprang from remote viewers. Extrasensory intelligence officers also developed certain recommendations to recruit CIA agents and rendered some other services too.

The CIA administration has apparently come to conclusion that it was not profitable to spend time and money on paranormal activities against the background of the up-to-date technological development. The above-mentioned declassified materials were accompanied with a statement that the work of psychic groups was shut down within CIA's framework in 1997. Now the agency prefers to use spying satellites and “live bugs” - microchips, which can be implanted in flies, cockroaches and ants.

Journalists thanked the CIA administration to exposing such interesting materials, although they did not believe that the remote-viewing project had been closed. Reporters managed to find out that the paranormal project had been handed over to the Pentagon's intelligence, the directors of which declined all comments. An anonymous colonel of the US Air Force said that the American government would eliminate the project completely only if Russia abolished it first.

The above is 100% true and correct. There was a documentary about CIA's attemps at "remote viewing". I think it was on the National Geographic. CIA gathered a number of people who had the ability of remote viewing and used them to spy on the russians.
