Plus there nothing great about a homemade helicopter. Use a freaking motorcycle engine and you will figure out the rest later. Dumb Chinese farmer should just stick to farming. Chinese dieing each day because of these dumbass that don't know anything about safety.

Just a few days ago a farmer got his heli crashed in a field. People found him in good but shocked state, his craft was flying well but suddenly lost its bearing. His family paid 5000 Yuan as a compensation for severing the local power line. There are always such freaking minded people building their choppers, fixed wing planes, submarine and cars. When local authority found a farmer sailing his submarine, they didn't know how to handle the case, because the sub he built didn't take any passengers on board, it was not on road or in any restricted waters, if it was dangerous, it only endangered his own life. A farmer built himself a car to travel around China for quite a distance, he was stopped at Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, he told the police he didn't know it is out of law to drive a homemade vehicle.

Such people should be rounded up to work on J14, 096 and WZ10 as technicians.
