Asslam o alikum people,
I found a questionnaire on Pakistani Embassy Canada's website. The questionnaire is regarding the voting rights for overseas Pakistanis i.e. if Pakistanis like to cast their vote overseas.

Relevant Question form the questionnaire
"Whether interested to exercise the right of vote in the country of residence as Constituency abroad to elect your representative for National Assembly of Pakistan and Provincial Assembly?"

It is highly encouraged to please fill out the form and send it to your corresponding consulate/embassy as it would help overseas Pakistanis to cast their vote from their residing country.

Just to state this to avoid any confusion, the form can be filled and submitted to any consulate/embassy; it is not limited to Canada.
