That is how free and liberalism works in the west.
In Saudia Arabia there are women working undercover as policewomen, who try finding men that flirt and want to make a sexual contact with them.
Such men are instantly caught and punished; which in the west many western women really miss such actions because they are also tired of western men whistling after them or trying to be their "friend" so it can result into a sexual intercourse.
