Is ARY NEWS and DAWN anti-Islamic ??

They promote Indian garbage alot in it

The headlines of GEO are very very third class. You feel like banging your head against the wall.

Once a car had an accident in the shooting of some Salman Khan movie, and GEO first had the breaking news going on at the bottom, then interrupted a program to give the news that Salman Khan is safe, we repeat, Salman Khan is safe.

Similarly, the language they sometimes use, the long long intros, e.g when yesterday Pakistan lost, they were into their usual BS, and before the match, alot of cheesy headlines, Sohail bhai tamgha lena hai to Australia ko haran hai, etc etc.

Then the customary Indian song or something like that in the headlines.I mean how the heck can a Indian movie song or the number of views a film gets in the first day, or what some actress does gets into mainstream prime time Pakistan news bulletin?

Similarly the absolutely stupid olympic studio and olympic coverage of Geo. What's the harm in doing it simply and without all that non-sense and stupid jokes.?
I think the only somewhat balanced channel is Aaj.

The articles by those wannabe liberals at express tribune are sometimes just mind-boggling.

Dawn seems to repeat western news as is. There is no investigative journalism there.

It does seem to portray Pakistan in a negative light.

GEO - I also do not trust - seems they always have a hidden agenda - and not good for Pakistan either.

Just what I wanted to say. I hate GEO news and its other channels. They are so much in love with Indians that it does not associate itself to the Pakistani identity.

I have a brilliant plan if others were to work with me. Our first fight is with these so called "Free Journalists" who want to spread their lousy Freedom. They are like children who do bad things and no elder stops them. With time, the children think that their actions are correct and become more confident. Eventually, they believe that what they do is indeed right and anything said to them otherwise is wrong. This is the same case with these journalists.

We really need to procure rocket launchers and launch rockets on every TV station that doesnt understand what it means to be Anti-Pakistani. This is  now a matter of having some sort of surgery to fix this ugly tumor in the Pakistani media.


BUT then again, don't us Pakistanis love Indian music, movies, and dramas. We are obsessed with it and are the reason why they give such "sensational headlines".

Just look at the Ramadan program being hosted by Veena Malik. I feel sick in my gut just by looking at that whore-of-a-kind posing as an Alimah on Islam. Also, just look at those horrible Maulvis that get a chance to sit at the feet of Veenal Malik. More so, their discussion is just so disgusting that its as if Kanjars are discussing Islam. Its not their fault, its the fault of the TV channel and the staff that comes up with such ridiculous ideas. They really deserve an RPG up their behinds.

on ARY World a female journalist was transmitting live from Quad-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah (May Allah Bless his soul) and she was saying if the young generation can't value the existence, independence and freedom then they should ask Muslims in Burma who are going through the same situation as Muslims did beforw 14th August 1947 and on the actual Creation of Pakistan!

What happend, she was cut off.

Few seconds later; another female journalist was transmitting live from Islamabad, and from there she was with a couple and a child. The man said he wanted to give the values and ideology of Pakistan, therefore they wanted to buy the national flag.

And then she got cut off.

It might sound strange to anyone, but personally i felt insulted why the message of being Pro-Pakistan, and pro-Pakistani wasn't allowed.
This is the "standard" of Pakistani mediachannels on the actual Pakistan Independence Day!

I second this. Express tribune project country as something just about to collapse. Every second story of them are either of Shias, Ahmedis, Anti ISI or army. No surprise it attracts tons of indian filth. The comments section is full of indians and self-loathing expatriate pakistanis. they let all anti Pakistan comments go thru but censor out anything against india.

You will never see anything against MQM, PPP, India on it. They have very specific agenda to create negative propaganda against Pakistan.

Last time he tried the sharia law, the short coming of the scholars were branded his failure. Even today many morons say that he was trying to impose his own version of sharia law. When the other side of the story is that it were the scholars who failed to put their own morons in line.

So before demanding a person who will have sharia law, I think we should have first clear this out that which version of sharia law we need to have. And to be frank, today we dont have that kind of state where sharia punishment can be imposed. Sharia law works in a state where everything else is done according to sharia. You cannt have MTV and love stories drama on air 24/7 and then impose a stonning the fornicator clause (if you do agree that is the right version of sharia).

Anyways ...................... also on more than few occasions, we jump to call anyone who criticize our state of being or actions as Pakistani - a anti Pakistani. You guys need to critically examined that what is logically right and what is going beyond the reason to make look bad.

A prime example of that is following.................. we have two extreme sides talking crap and the person who is supposed to keep it logical (the commentator), has extremely limited knowledge to just slap the liberals for just plainly lying. personally I am not really worried about the anti-Islamic channels since the whole world is anti-Islamic including us Muslims. e only giver lip service to Islam and everything against the Islamic principles specially the way we Govern this country and conduct our day to day life. If you think going to mosque is all that is Islamic, then yes we are Muslims. My concern is the anti-Pakistan channels. They can really damage this land and I am sure you all know why he world is out to get Pakistan. This is my home and the home of thousands of non-Muslim but patriotic people.
