You can say that about the areas of south Asia where our borders meat up with China, Russia, Afghanistan etc.
Or more likely in the northern areas of Pakistan. where a totally different look can be seen among locals.
Most locals seems to be more closer to Caucasians race in northern areas.

We are different not due to colour, race or whether we look "caucasian or not" - We are different because we are muslim or not. It is all that matters.

you know seeing that picture reminded me, in october 2009 i was in Jhelum where i saw this little boy there and this is no joke he had blue eyes with blonde hair. when i saw him i was quite surprised he was not albino however but incredibly northern european looking.
