weirdly, I found the above clip very amusing to the extent of triggering fits of giggling for some minutes. I guess its the hidden Pakistani in me that is to blame for such trigger happy giggling.

Pakistan came into being on August 14, 1947. As the Creator willed it, the date corresponded with the empowering night of Ramadan 27 of the year 1366 after the Prophet’s Hijra. Its great destiny was thus set from the start
If we take our inspiration and guidance from the Holy Qur’an, the final victory, I once again say, will be ours… Do not be overwhelmed by the enormity of the task… You only have to develop the spirit of the Mujahids. You are a nation whose history is replete with people of wonderful character and heroism. Live up to your traditions and add to another chapter of glory. All I require of you now is that everyone… must vow to himself and be prepared to sacrifice his all… in building up Pakistan as a bulwark of Islam and as one of the greatest nations whose ideal is peace within and peace without… Islam enjoins on every Mussulman to give protection to his neighbors and to minorities regardless of caste and creed. Ironically it's western freedom of speech and mind of thinking, but she got sacked even if it was a unlucky mistake. Oh well, so long it's directed at other minorities then such mistakes would have been forgiven.

Nope, it was obviously the load in the aircraft not having been secured properly ....causing it to shift to the back and causing the severe pitch and AoA induced stall.
Losing Engine power....even all engines at the same time would not create such an abrupt pitching moment.

Air India pilot locked out of cockpit after visiting toilet
An Air India passenger jet was forced to make an emergency landing after its pilot was locked out of his own cockpit after visiting the toilet.
The sight of the captain of a Delhi-Bangalore flight trying to get in through the cockpit door on Monday caused panic among passengers and his stranded co-pilot to touch down in Bhopal
This latest scare is the second serious safety incident on an Air India jet in the last few weeks. Last month two pilots were suspended after they allowed a stewardess on a Bangkok to Delhi flight to sit in the captain's seat. While there she accidentally switched off the auto-pilot button while the captain was sleeping in business class. Four staff were suspended pending an investigation.
In a statement, air India confirmed the incident but claimed the passengers were never at risk. "The commander had left the cockpit for a short while to visit the toilet. On returning, he found the door locked.
"All efforts to open it even from inside failed. The co-pilot, after taking permission from ground control, diverted the flight to Bhopal and landed at 5.55pm. The flight took off from Bhopal at 8.45 pm after clearance and reached Bangalore at 10.30pm.
"All precautions and procedures regarding safety were observed during the entire process. The incident posed no danger to the aircraft passengers and the crew."

An Air India pilot has been suspended following claims that he and his co-pilot put more than 160 passengers at risk by leaving two female cabin attendants in charge of their airliner while they slept in business class seats.
They were only forced to return 40 minutes later when the attendants accidentally switched off the plane's auto-pilot switch, according to the claims.
The alleged incident happened at 33,000 feet during an Air India flight from Bangkok to Delhi last month. It follows a series of serious concerns over air safety in India.
Earlier this year an Indian Airlines pilot was discovered to be drunk shortly before he was due to fly a passenger aircraft. In 2010 a number of Indian pilots were found to have fake licenses, while in March this year a UN report said India was among the worst 13 countries on the world for air safety.
According to this latest complaint, the Air India co-pilot had asked one of the attendants to sit in his seat while he went to the bathroom, and shortly after the pilot asked another female attendant to take his seat while he left the cockpit to sleep.
Following the complaints, Air India launched an inquiry into the incident and suspended the pilot.
