Very simple: circus khapp siyapaa with family members, traffic, police doctors airport authorities, sale of impure filthy old food, no electricity no water no education for a poor person. .. but everything is ok if some overseas Pakistani has some cash to live in e.g. a village close by a city to live in humble natural and quiet surroundings.
Though having a 9 mm gun for a chance of defending your self and your loved ones is necessary.
