Definately a historic success for Russian Chinese Iranian diplomats who brokered the deal but it sounds too good to be true especially when you make deals with usa.

Already with some make up excuses Iranian banks are sanctioned again by eu according to news. This is to make Iran give up the agreement as other sides dont comply and continue from before.

The other side of the coin is actually it is Irans adventage to carry on the deal. eu usa restart of sanctions are now individual behavior. Russia can transfer S300 and A135 abm system without any interference easily which are vital for Iran against israel having similar systems plus hundreds of nukes.

As we have seen eu restart of sanctions even if all sanctions are lifted at once they can be reintroduced again.there is not much difference concerning usa and dominated west. Dont wait for honesty but there can be gains as well even if sanctions are to be moved gradually. Namely Iran security needs would be fullfilled like S300 and a135 at the first step.

There is no point for the deal if S300 ad related deals are not first step and postphoned. And no S300 a135 would make the region more secure no need to worry about usa starting ww3 everytime.

It is good move from Russia that will ensure Iran's security during and after negotiations but still the duration is somewhat long till year end.

 

At least the transfer should begin asap.

 

It happens every time. usa easily generates made up fake excuses like some agreements are broken to escalate the situation after the deal is officially signed by Iran although even in current condition Iran making the bomb is highly unlikely.

 

After escalation being afraid of usa further escalating the issue and even starting a world war and maybe with some compensation with cases such as ukraine Russia possibly can back off from transfering the remaining S300 components.

 

It is no secret that usa uses this approach everytime necessary passivizing Russia like usa started the illegitimate air raids on sovereign Syria claiming to bomb isis and latest saudi attack on Yemen taking un approval as a joke.

 

It is somewhat understandable from Russian side considering its interests and the usa escalated contexts at those times etc. so what can be done. I think practically implementing the deal without officially signing every item in the deal especially the risky ones until the necessary S300 components arrive can be an option for Iran to strengthen its position.

It's a sh!t deal. Iran has shot itself in the foot with this deal. Having nuclear weapons is the ultimate security, not having S300s...

In Pakistan's case yes. You should build more nukes. Better ballistic missiles especially make the reentry vehicles less observable in space midcourse phase to deal with current midcourse abm measures. You should also know that there are plans to preemptively strike before you fire your missiles it is a usa tradition to plan these types of attacks since cold war. Mobile air defense sams to support fighters taking off from easily targetable static airfields and also second strike capability is a must for Pakistan for long term credible deterrance. For second strike capability the ballistic missiles just like cruise missiles need to have the capability to be fired from warships. 1km cep is no big deal if you have nukes you can work to improve accuracy later on.

 

For Iran's case who is several years from nuclear weapons and under direct threats of preemptive strike. The deal seems to be better if security issues solved like transfer of S300VM antey2500 sams for the short term as well as economic benefits. Ofcourse usa as always will try to ruin the deal prepares false documents about Iran not complying with the deal and escalates the issue then Russia fearing world war accepting usa breach of un or similar and does not transfer the sams then better not sign the deal at all from the first place. If s300vms come then go on with the deal to see where it goes and if usa ruins the deal by false iraqi smoking gun type evidence at least preemptive aerial strike probability will be reduced with modernized S300s in place.

 

One thing needs to be understood. It is not so difficult to guess that usa tries to impose muslim countries and muslims in general as emerging threats to rest of the world. They want world countries to see their increasing muslim population as future threats as well as developing muslim countries as future threats to give way for their future attacks.The humanitarian aspect of this religeous categorization of humans is not different than nazism. Another issue is only if we stand united on the common ground of Truth that is universal moral values then we can resist their power otherwise everyone will fall one by one. I trust our allies Russia and China in that regard and consider them wise enough to not to fall for usa provocations like these.

Deal between Iran and US will be crucial for India. Once Iran and US cooperation starts India will be able to buy oil from Iran once again. Besides once Iran-US cooperation starts it will automatically decrease Pakistan's importance in Afganistan for US. Pakistan wont be in position to blackmail US over Afganistan as they will have a buddy Iran to checkmate Pak. India too will have access to Afganistan via Iran (now more openly) as US-Iran gets closer. Its a win win situation for India

usa will ruin the deal one way or another considering israel sending usa wherever it sees threat till last 10 years or so and also proxy wars starting with Iran Iraq wars till today openly attacking Iran's regional allies Syria Labonnon whenever possible by proxies like isis etc so getting on well with usa is very unlikely at least for a long time. Since Iran is not pursuing the nuclear bomb immediate security options like antey2500 and economic benefits would be a bonus until usa and controlled west ruins the deal.

 

Ofcourse if the ruin of the deal for whatever would be used by usa as a pretext for an attack(some guys in senate threatened with precision guided bombs to nuclear facilities lately) later for any reason then it is better to not to sign it. maybe implement the items in the deal practically but not sign it so Iran can get the defensive stuff like S300vms which is not connected to un ambargo stuff and Russia can claim Iran is practically implementing the deal but not signing it because of open usa threats and its traditional war initiation excuses and go on with further defense deals ignoring western pressure. As trust is built I mean trust to defensive arsenal for deterrance against the decade of usa attack threats then to remove the sanctions all at once Iran can sign the deal later.

 

Also there is nothing to gain for Pakistan fighting India but israel can provoke India for a confrontation with Pakistan so India should be aware of being used as a proxy as if both sides destroy each other possibility of nuclear option against israel will be out of the equation.  Think again when israel is sharing stuff like abm technology about what their aim would be next time.
