SCALAR WEAPONRY


Scalar weaponry are electromagnetic waves emitted through specially constructed radio antenna. While the United States has been constructing HAARP antenna for nearly a decade now, this technology is evidently inferior to the Russian technology, and may represent a gigantic effort to "catch up" with the Russian weaponry. Listen to Colonel Beardon:

"For some time, Russia and several other nations have possessed highly advanced 'extended-electromagnetics' (energetics) weapons of a very novel kind, using a dramatically extended electrodynamics theory ... Most of these energetics weapons are more advanced than what has previously been known to the U.S. military, intelligence and scientific communities ... A major contributing factor holding back U.S. catch-up is that the flawed foundations of Maxwell's 1865 theory have not been changed by the Western scientific community."

"With the U.S. substantially behind in these 'new' strategic superweapons, a new Manhattan Project would appear to be advisable and warranted ... A sobering development that occurred early this year (2002) was China's deployment of both quantum potential (QP) weapons and negative energy electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapons (a type we originally called the MindSnapper to disguise its true nature. The QP weapons are the dominant weapons on Earth today, followed closely by negative energy EMP weapons ... We have not been able to ascertain exactly how many nations have the negative energy EMP weapons, but it is at least five ... The U.S. is still well behind ..." [Fer De Lance, p. 4-5]

This information is staggering, and completely backs up the desperate warning of Colonel Byron Weeks last October 5. "America will burn", he says, because we do not have the most powerful weaponry on earth; we do not have the weaponry to back up the bravado of President Bush, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld, and Deputy Defense Secretary Wolfowitz.

In fact, from 1985 when Russia began testing her new weapons, they ran several tests against aircraft and missiles, and then watched our reaction carefully. Colonel Beardon said: "Again the reaction of the British -- and the U.S. as well -- was as predicted. Again, we showed we knew nothing of scalar electromagnetic weapons, and did not recognize one when we encountered its effects." [Fer De Lance, p. 271]

Colonel Weeks described a particular kind of weapon called the Tesla Dome. At this point, let us show you what a Tesla Dome is, how it works, and why it is so important to have one on today's modern battlefield. You will discover that no fleet should sail if its scientists cannot deploy an effective Tesla Dome; no army should march and no air force should deploy without this Dome.

As you can see from the information below the diagram, this is a depiction of a test the Russians ran in 1986, over Atlanta, Georgia, for a time period not specified. Let us pick up the detailed explanation from Colonel Beardon:

"On 12 November 1986, the Soviets even placed a giant 'dummy shield' (practice) over Atlanta, Georgia. If the shield had been real and not just practice, any aircraft and missiles flying into it would have been instantly exploded and destroyed. That mode -- 'bottling up' a strategic weapons area -- is useful to nullify an entire strategic ICBM launch complex or a large bomber base, etc. It can also 'bottle up' a large carrier task force at sea, including the aircraft and the Tomahawk missiles, the shells from the naval guns, etc. With a real shield, aircraft or missiles flying into it (from inside or from outside) explode and are destroyed." This Tesla Dome is absolutely the most powerful weaponry of which I have ever heard! If Bush deploys our naval ships, our aircraft, and our armies without a workable Tesla Dome, all our our forces could be 'bottled up' defensively so they could not attack the enemy as we think they are going to do! If any aircraft, for example, were to attempt to fly out of the Tesla Dome, they would explode and be destroyed.

Further, if Russia were to erect a Tesla Dome over Baghdad, for example, none of our weapons could touch the city! We cannot discount this possibility, except for reasons we shall discuss in our Part 2 article.

You can see that any weapons system today must move under the protection of a Tesla Dome. In other words, the Dome must always march overhead and around the naval ships, the aircraft, and the armies moving toward their destination. As you can imagine from this artist's recreation, a Dome can be made to continuously move with the aircraft, at the speed of the aircraft, so it will always surround the plane. This recreation was seen by pilots of another commercial aircraft and reported to the Ashai Evening News, Tokyo, 6/22/1982. Notice how old this technology is to the Russians!

Once again, we can see how this weapon can be used defensively or offensively. If a Tesla Dome is placed around aircraft and moves with them, no enemy force can destroy them; conversely, if a Tesla Dome is erected around a target, none of our weapons will work against it. In this day and age, no armed force can move in the ground, on the ocean, or in the air unless protected continuously by a powerful Tesla Dome.

But, then, the news just gets worse. In discussing the terrible effects of a huge Tesla Dome, we read:

"As shown ... two scalar hemispherical surfaces are created, using multiple frequency transmitters and truncated Fourier series expansions. Interference of the two scalar hemispheres creates a great, glowing hemispherical shell of ordinary electro-magnetic energy. In the shell, the energy density is sufficient to lift Dirac matter from the Direac Sea of vacuum. The shell is thus filled with a glowing plasma."

"Such a shell may be several hundred miles in diameter at the base. The enormous energy required to form such a defense shell is obtained by a 'scalar power tap' into the molten core of the earth itself, as previously explained. In late April/early May of 1985, 27 such 'power taps' were placed in the earth by the Soviets. Each tap is capable of generating exothermic explosions, endothermic explosions, engineering the weather, locating and destroying underwater submarines, detecting and destroying ballistic missiles shortly after launch, detecting and destroying long range strategic bombers as soon as they are airborne, etc.

"At any rate, the giant Tesla shield is useful against any penetrating attack ... There is no need to discriminate true warhead-bearing re-entry vehicles from decoys, chaff, etc. The entire 'mess' entering the shield is simply 'cleaned up', and 'sterilized', or destroyed. The shield can take care of ICBMs/IRBMs and their nuclear warheads, strategic bombers and their nuclear bombs, cruise missiles and their nuclear warheads, re-entry vehicles and their warheads, decoys, chaff, etc." {Fer De Lance, p. 258-9]

To fully grasp the scope of government lying to us, we have only to remember that we are continually being subjected to news reports of our air force trying to physically hit a missile with another missile, in 'missile defense' tests! These so-called tests -- if they are actually carried out -- are perfect examples of sheer propaganda! Such 'tests' are simply designed to hide the true nature of the technology from us. If we are looking at a technology that was made irrelevant 30 years ago, and made to believe this is cutting-edge technology, we will never, ever see the existence of the true technology. And, when we are hit with this technology on the battlefield or in our cities, we shall not ever know what killed us!

Remember, even HAARP provides some limited, relatively primitive, missile defense. Therefore, our military and government certainly knows that they are lying to us when they stage these 'missile defense' tests, where missile-to-missile contact is supposedly the goal.

Brief Listing of Scalar Weapon Technology

Russian "transmitters can carry scalar components which, in addition to biological strikes, can be used for many other purposes, such as to:

1. Influence or control the weather

2. Deviate the giant jetstreams of the upper atmosphere

3. Detect, track and destroy missiles shortly after launch

4. Detect, track and destroy strategic bombers and other aircraft

5. Attack land and ocean surface targets by large aerial electromagnetic explosions: the EM explosion produces the fireball, the thermal effects, and the blast wave of a nuclear explosion without the nuclear radiation and radioactive fallout contamination. NOTE: This scalar weaponry also produces the distinctive mushroom cloud normally associated only with nuclear weapons; therefore, the 'columns of smoke' spoken of by the Prophet Joel, in 2:30 may be scalar weaponry, not nuclear!

6. Attack surface and ocean targets by large 'cold explosions' where living things freeze almost instantly, leaving the surface facilities and equipment intact. NOTE: We shall cover this subject in a subsequent article, as neither time nor space allow us to cover it here.

7. Attack land and ocean surface targets by severe internal electromagnetic disruption, so that all electronics are 'dudded'. NOTE: Scalar weaponry can destroy the electromagnetic systems even if they have been 'hardened'!

8. Attack personnel on land and sea by direct destruction of their nervous systems with an internally induced strong EMP.

9. Disrupt the operation of distant facilities, equipment, and personnel or destroy food crops in large areas by severe cold or severe heating, or even startling oscillation between the two.

10. Cause distant earthquakes in a distant fault zone by depositing energy in the rocks there, increasing the plate stress until slippage occurs at a fault zone. NOTE: New Age author Bill Cooper notes that, during the time of the planned panics, Los Angeles is going to be hit by an unprecedented 9.0 earthquake. Now at least we know from whence the earthquake is coming!

11. Cause large, anomalous rocking of an entire plate or large area, by depositing and extracting energy from alternate areas, causing buckling of the large rock plate. NOTE: Albert Einstein noted that the complete North American continental plate could be buckled, causing the entire continent to disappear beneath the oceans, using nuclear devices placed at the right fault lines throughout the continent.

12. Set up an interference grid under the water, so that underwater submarines can be detected, tracked, and destroyed on station, and with their missiles still unfired. NOTE: This means that all our fancy, expensive submarines are totally neutralized! Remember, the reason we dramatically increased our dependence upon submarines was because they were undetectable.

13. Attack naval vessels and task forces through the water and through their hulls, without warning.

14. Attack missile silos and nuclear storage sites 'before launch', directly through the earth itself.

15. Initiate the full nuclear explosion of implosion-type nuclear warheads on-board missiles on battle stations.

16. Initiate the full nuclear explosion of implosion-type nuclear warheads in storage sites and in ready reserve.

17. Destroy seaborne and ocean-bottom-mounted mines and underwater sensors, even including entire 'fields'.

18. Detect and destroy hostile torpedoes, ship-to-underwater anti-submarine missiles and dumped anti-submarine munitions and charges. NOTE: These capabilities in Numbers 15-18 means that scalar weapons can nearly instantly and nearly simultaneously, explode every warhead, both nuclear and non-nuclear, in our arsenal worldwide. In a moment, at the blink of an eye, we could be rendered impotent!

19. 'Pump' the electrical grounding of distant electrical power distribution and generation systems so that the system catastrophically fails.

20. 'Pump' the electrical grounding of distant electrical power systems so that radio and television transmitters, power grids, and wiring complexes in buildings and facilities radiate a desired scalar wave component or signal complex at equipment and personnel.

Then LTC Beardon solemnly concludes:

"All in all, the woodpecker (scalar) transmitter complexes and other associated EM weaponry are most useful in the major missions required at war." [Fer De Lance Index]

In other words, every weapons system we are so arduously shipping off to war, and the men and women who are to operate them, are at great risk of total annihilation by a weapons system we have yet to employ, at least effectively. Listen to Colonel Weeks again:

"We are weaker now than we have ever been. Bush´s bravado is empty, and even if we do have the Tesla howitzer, so do Russia and China, and Russia has had scalar EM weapons longer--long enough to have tried and tested various forms of them many times. But although we evidently do have some HAARP powered weapons, physicist LTC Thomas Bearden says we don´t have much, if any, and our scalar weaponry is not yet ready to deploy effectively ...."

UNITED NATIONS TREATY PROHIBITING NATIONS USING WEATHER WARFARE!

The existence of laws about cars, houses, or guns prove that these things exist, and exist in the quantity needed to produce the type of laws we see on our books. If an alien from outer space were to visit this Earth many eons from now, and wanted to find out how we humans moved about our cities, for example, he would have to look no further than the laws in our records to know that we operated a machine we called autos. He would further be able to ascertain much technical data about the auto from the laws in our records just by studying the regulations governing their use.

To put this principle in another way, the very existence of laws about autos proves that autos exist, and exist in enough quantity to prove to be a huge problem without the laws that regulate them.

The existence of the recorded law regulating automobiles proves the existence of the automobile to anyone who has never seen one in his life!

Of course, the same could be said for anything in our society, both technical and non-technical.

Since this is true, you can imagine our surprise and shock when we discovered that a United Nations Treaty exists which pledges all member states to refrain from using Weather Control as a lethal weapon upon other states!

The existence of this recorded law -- this U.N. Treaty -- proves the existence of the reality of Weather Warfare!

We had long heard of Weather Control devices called HAARP and the GWEN towers, but could find no material beyond concerned New Age scientists. We refused to publish articles on this Weather Control capability based only upon New Age sources, since New Agers strongly tend to be so radical as to tell any lie, or expand the truth to any degree, to get you to believe their point. However, we have since come into a lot of information from sources not New Age, is well documented, and contains the very same information as our New Age sources.


We now believe that American and Russian scientists can and do control our weather. They can and do create much of the disturbances seen in nature for at least the past several decades. How many times have you heard the weatherman say:
Worst storm in history
Worst flood in past 100 years
Unprecedented --------------- [fill in the blanks]
500-year Flood
Unbelievable -------- [fill in the blanks]
Unexplainable --- [fill in the blanks]


Undoubtedly, you can think of many more examples, but you get my point, that something is afoot with our weather. Some force, or a combination of forces, is causing our terribly unusual, unprecedented, weather. Most professional weathermen shake their heads at this unusual phenomenon and simply say they do not know what is causing this type of weather. A lot of politicians are jumping on the bandwagon of Global Warming, warning that more terrible things are going to happen unless we change our lifestyle dramatically. What they do not say publicly these days is that the lifestyle change they expect to make is the elimination of our entire Industrial Civilization.

Now, let us get back to this United Nations' Treaty. We will examine details of this treaty to prohibit member states from using Weather Weapons on each other. We will also allow you to see the entire document.


Let us begin with the cover letter.

Notice that the date of this cover letter was 27 October 1978, which means that this treaty was in effect at the time this certified true copy was mailed. The name of the treaty is "CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES APPROVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE UNITED NATIONS ON 10 DECEMBER 1976".

This title alone tells us conclusively that scientists of at least several nations who have a history of being hostile to one another now possess scientific knowledge that can control damaging weather to the point of being able to use such weather as hostile, destructive weapons. Exactly which countries possess this damaging capability is not clear; however, we know that, in this 20th Century, Western Capitalism has been nose-to-nose with Eastern Russian Communism. Therefore, we can only conclude that both Russia and America possess this technology.


What kind of damaging weather might be useful as military weapons? I think the following list might be possible candidates.

1. Earthquakes -- This phenomenon might be the most terrifying, since people cannot live without foundation. Entire city structures are based upon buildings having dependable foundations. Therefore, since the New World Order Plan envisions eliminating cities, we might expect that earthquakes would be a preferred weapon of choice. Severe earthquakes might result in the wholesale evacuation of cities.

2. Hurricanes and/or Typhoons -- Wind has proven to be such a devastating force that, once again, it might force large-scale evacuation of cities if the incidence of hurricanes were to become so regular as to render a city location untenable.

3. Flooding -- Rampaging waters are a huge force that threatens entire regions of the country. Since the goal is to force farmers out of business, or to return the most fertile farmlands back to "Nature" [which New Agers call 'Rewilding'], floods would be a most useful weapon. Flooding can also force farmers to miss an entire planting and growing season, thus reducing the amount of food available to a population. Most people think of a lack of food being caused by drought, when the reality is that flooding at the wrong time of the year can produce an equal loss of food production.

4. Drought -- Lack of water is more devastating to farming than flooding. Since the population growth of the past 60 years would not have been possible had it not been for the growth in food production, we might expect that drought might be a useful tool in persuading people of the need to drastically reduce population growth.


In both flooding and drought, we have the potential of totally devastating a people's way of life.

Remember that the overall goal of the New World Order Plan is to reduce the world's population by two-thirds, and to set aside over 50% of America and other nations that would not off limits to humans for using or residing. These same people, i.e., Gore, Clinton, Bush now have control both over the amount of emergency stocks of food and of Weather Control capabilities!

5. Tsunami Waves -- If someone would want to force people away from living on the coastline of any nation, consistent tsunami waves would be the ideal tool. This huge wave is totally devastating and terribly frightening.

6. Volcanoes -- Erupting volcanoes can also dramatically change the landscape of the region in which it is located. Nearby cities can, and have been, eliminated.

7. Tornadoes -- We have experienced such an increase in devastating tornado activity, one has to really wonder why.
8. Severe Heat over a long period of time -- Of course, this capability produces the Drought of which we speak, above, and probably should have been mentioned in conjunction with it. However, our nation is currently in the grip of unprecedented heat this summer. How many consecutive days of 100+ degree weather does it take for fertile and productive farmland to be turned into wasteland? Does anyone know? Are we about to find out?

Now, let us return back to this United Nations' treaty prohibiting the hostile, or military, use of Weather Modification capabilities.

The first page of this report simply sets forth the framework into which the treaty fits, and is generally not exciting. However, a couple of points jump out at you when you read it carefully.

A. Paragraph 1, beginning with the word "Guided" -- "Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, and wishing to contribute to the cause of halting the arms race, and of bringing about general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control ..." Were you aware that the entire world, including the United States, was engaged in "general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control"? Not only is general disarmament of independent nations of the world a New World Order goal, but the turning over of weapons, materiel, and men to the United Nations is a long term goal!

B. "Recognizing that scientific and technical advances may open new possibilities with respect to modification of the environment." We cannot ask for a more clear statement that acknowledges the existence of effective Weather Control capability than this one, can we? This statement was made by the United Nations, not by us, nor by any "far-out", "wacky" Patriot group, but by the United Nations!


C. "Recognizing, however, that military or any other hostile use of such [weather modification] techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare". Once again, we have explicit admission that scientists can now control the weather so as to destroy another nation!


D. "Desiring to prohibit effectively military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques in order to eliminate the dangers to mankind from such use, and affirming their willingness to work towards the achievement of this objective." This is the last admission that such weather modification capabilities exist before they get into the treaty provisions prohibiting the exercise of such capabilities.

We think we have used their own admissions effectively enough to prove that Weather Control capabilities do exist, and must be capable of wreaking enormous damage.

Now, let us get into the text of this treaty itself.



ARTICLE I



1. "Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage, or injury to any other State Party."
2. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to assist, encourage, or induce any State, group of States, or international organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article."


This Article of agreement reveals much of the capability of Weather Control techniques. We learn that such Weather Capabilities can produce effects that are:

a. Widespread -- can cover large geographical areas. How large of an area did our 1993 floods cover? This flooding covered the entire Mississippi River basin from North Dakota to Louisiana, tens of thousands of square miles.
b. Long-lasting -- Such weather devastation can last for years. Obviously, if a nation cannot grow crops for enough consecutive years, that nation must permanently change or die. In our article, NEWS1693, "Occult Theological Basis For Hating Our Industrial Civilization", we demonstrate that our own leaders hate our Industrial civilization, because we consume too much irreplaceable resources, like oil and mineral ore. Our own leaders believe our current civilization must be changed, by destruction if need be. You must get the lie out of your head that our own leaders have our best interests in their heart of hearts. It simply is not so!
c. Severe -- We read that these Weather Control capabilities can produce "severe damage, destruction, and injury". Certainly, Hurricane Andrew produced that kind of destruction. Was Andrew caused by these techniques? Doubt it not!

ARTICLE II

"As used in Article I, the term, 'environmental modification techniques' refers to any technique for changing -- through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes -- the dynamics, composition, or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere, or of outer space." [Emphasis Added]

Once again, this paragraph from this U.N. treaty reveals much of the Weather Control capabilities currently being possessed by the scientists of at least some of the nations of the world. We read that these capabilities include:


1. The "deliberate manipulation of natural processes" -- Obviously, scientists can seize hold of natural processes and turn them to their own use. A good example of a natural process is the flow of the Jet Stream. They undoubtedly can manipulate the Jet Stream! Since much of our precipitation, or the lack thereof, is controlled by the Jet Stream, we have every right to be very worried about losing our productive farmland! We should also understand that the very destructive tornadoes, hail, and other destructive weathers are controlled by the Jet Stream. In fact, we have reason to believe that our scientists can bring the Jet Stream right down to the surface of the earth. This point will be important as you read Part 3 of this series.

2. These Weather Modification techniques can also control the "dynamics" of the earth. The Jet Stream is one such dynamic, but so are rainstorms, thunder and lightening, and hail. Can they control these as well? Doubt it not! Controlling the Jet Stream is a major factor in Part 3, so keep it in mind.

3. Scientists can also change the "composition or structure of the earth". This certainly sounds like earthquakes to me! We have been reporting since 1992 that the military can create earthquakes at any place on earth, using small nuclear devices. However, we had no idea they can create earthquakes using "Environmental Modification Techniques"! Such capability means that scientists afar off, pulling certain levers, can create earthquakes wherever they want, and probably, of the intensity they desire. It is one thing for people to live in such earthquake prone areas like California, thinking they will just "take their chances" of an earthquake killing them. But, it is another matter, indeed, for people living in these earthquake prone areas to understand they are in a hunter's rifle scope!! Of course, the "rifle" being aimed at them is not a traditional rifle, but the weapon of Weather Control that can produce earthquakes wherever and whenever they choose, of whatever intensity they choose.

4. These Weather Control techniques can damage, injure, or destroy, the "biota" of a nation! The word, "biota" refers to the "animal and plant life of a particular region considered as a total ecological entity". [Dictionary] In other words, these Weather Control capabilities can wipe out an entire ecological system?! This revelation is astounding! If the goal of the scientists wielding these weather weapons, is to totally annihilate a civilization, they can easily do so, it appears!

5. These Weather Control techniques can damage, injure, or destroy the "lithosphere" of a nation. The word, "lithosphere" refers to "the solid outer layer of the earth. It lies above the semi-fluid asthenosphere [30-150 miles down] and includes the crust and the solid part of the mantle down to about 75 kilometers (47 miles)." [Dictionary] My friends, this is precisely the region that are affected by earthquakes! We should now be under no illusion that our scientists, and our Government, can produce any earthquake they want to, in whatever area they want to, and at whatever intensity they desire! Are you in their direct line of fire? Are you living in an area they are planning to obliterate any time soon?

6. These Weather Control capabilities can also damage, injure, or destroy the atmosphere of a nation, or group of nations. We will soon report the conclusions of a book entitled, "Angels Don't Play This HAARP", written by a concerned New Age scientist who worked on this Government program for a while before he became totally concerned about the possibility of totally destroying the Earth's atmosphere. This will be a series of very interesting articles. Stay tuned.

7. Outer Space can even be damaged, injured, or destroyed by these weapons.

Truly, the "promises" made and the "controls" set in place by this treaty are sobering beyond belief! The entire structure, surface, and life on Earth can now be controlled, or annihilated. We reiterate once again that a treaty like this U.N. treaty does not need to exist if the weather control capabilities described therein do not exist. You need no regulation for something that does not exist. Therefore, since internation regulation theoretically is in place concerning weather control and modification, that proves weather control is real.



NEWSPAPER ARTICLES PROVING WEATHER CONTROL

NEWS BRIEF: "United States and Other World Powers Should Outlaw Tampering With Weather for Use as War Weapon", Editorial by Senator Claiborne Pell, D-Rhode Island, The Providence Journal Bulletin, 1975.

"The U.S. and other world powers should sign a treaty to outlaw the tampering with weather as an instrument of war. It may seem farfetched to think of using weather as a weapon -- but I'm convinced that the U.S. did, in fact, use rainmaking techniques as a weapon of war in Southeast Asia."

Let us stop right here and now and digest just what Senator Claiborne Pell has told us. He said that the United States used Weather as a Weapon during the Vietnam War. We fought the Vietnam War from 1965-74 in a large capacity. Using Weather Weapons in the early 1970's would fit the time frame with which we are familiar.


The U.N. treaty we discussed above was passed one year after this article appeared quoting Senator Pell. Now, let us hear some more from Senator Pell.


"We need a treaty now to prevent such actions -- before the military leaders of the world start directing storms, manipulating climates, and inducing earthquakes against their enemies. The basic idea of environmental warfare is simple -- if a nation can learn to trigger natural events it can inflict terrible damage on an enemy through rainfall, flooding, tidal waves, earthquakes, and even climate changes that could devastate an enemy nation's agriculture." [Ibid.]

In one single paragraph, Senator Pell has confirmed our contention, above, that weather control is a reality and that it can be used as a weapon against an enemy. At this point, we need to clarify a very necessary ingredient required for a capability to be transformed into an effective weapon -- the capability needs to be exactly controlled so it will strike the target precisely. Otherwise, the capability is worthless; therefore, weather weaponry must be able to be precisely controlled! Keep that point in mind for the time you read Part 3.

WALL STREET JOURNAL REPORTS -- 1997

NEWS BRIEF: "Malaysia to Battle Smog With Cyclones", by Chen May Yee, Staff Reporter of the Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal, Thursday, November 13, 1997, page A19.

"KULA LUMPUR -- Malaysia's war on smog is about to get a new twist. The government wants to create man-made cyclones to scrub away the haze that has plagued Malaysia since July. 'We will use special technology to create an artificial cyclone to clean the air', said Datuk Law Hieng Ding, minister for science, technology and the environment. The plan calls for the use of new Russian technology to create cyclones -- the giant storms also known as typhoons and hurricanes -- to cause torrential rains, washing the smoke out of the air. The Malaysian cabinet and the finance minister have approved the plan, Datuk Law said. A Malaysian company, BioCure Sdn. Bhd., will sign a memorandum of understanding soon with a government-owned Russian party to produce the cyclone. "Datuk Law declined to disclose the size of the cyclone to be generated, or the mechanism. 'The details I don't have', he said. He did say, though, that the cyclone generated would be 'quite strong'. Datuk Law also declined to disclose the price of creating the cyclone."

This article is written by the prestigious Wall Street Journal, and it reports, very matter of factly, that Malaysia is ordering a cyclone just as someone might order some lawn furniture from a catalog! We also learned that the Russians have the capability of creating such a huge storm for a fee. Also unsaid, but inferred, is that this cyclone could be steered or controlled so that it would come close enough to Malaysia to clear away the haze that was bedeviling that nation, but not so close it would cause any damage. Further, the nations close to Malaysia are not quoted as being overly concerned that this most powerful of storms might accidentally hit their shores.

This news is quite stupendous, and it opens up all sorts of questions about our incredible and unprecedented hurricanes in the past 5 years. Were these hurricanes also caused by our scientists, or by the Russian scientists? If our scientists created them, then the Federal Government needs to be strung up and quartered for the pain, anguish, and death caused by these terrible storms. If the Russian scientists caused these storms, then they have just committed an act of war against the United States!


Then, the Wall Street Journal, on October 2, 1992, reported that a Russian company called "Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc.," sells weather control equipment by using the advertising slogan, "Weather Made to Order". This motto is even on their business cards! The commercial Director of Elate, Igor Pirogoff, stated that "Elate is capable of fine-tuning the weather patterns over a 200 square mile area for as little as $200 U.S. per day". Is it just coincidence that this 200 square mile effective range is the same range as our new GWEN towers? We will be discussing what GWEN towers are and how they work. Suffice it to say that GWEN towers are apparently being used in conjunction with HAARP towers to shoot enormous bursts of energy into the atmosphere to control our weather.
This Wall Street Journal article also quoted Mr. Pirogoff as saying that Hurricane Andrew could have been decreased "into a wimpy little squall". This statement is so shocking as to border on being ridiculous! Hurricane Andrew was so powerful that it caused several billion dollars worth of damage, killed a number of people, and destroyed or altered the lives of tens of thousands. Now, we learn that American scientists could have turned Andrew into a little harmless squall. But, I suppose the real question is this: did our scientists create Andrew in the first place?

Only when you realize that these stupendous storms and other weather capabilities are being used to modify our country -- and the countries throughout the world -- into the kind of draconian vision as described in Part 3, do these facts make any sense whatsoever. But, once you accept weather control as reality, coupled with the reality of New World Order Plans that aim to drive men off certain blocs of land and controlling their every behavior, then the whole picture starts to come into focus.

At the very least, couldn't our scientists have "steered" Hurricane Andrew out to sea, away from our coastland? After all, the Russian scientists, according to this Wall Street Journal article, were able to "steer" the hurricanes they deliberately produced so that it would not damage any city of any country. Perhaps our scientists did not steer Hurricane Andrew away because our political leadership did not want them to steer Andrew away! Perhaps Hurricane Andrew was one step in a long campaign to convince Americans that we need to change our fundamental way of living.


NEWS BRIEF: "Basic Facts About the United Nations", United Nations pamphlet, 1994.
On the inside of the front cover, this pamphlet enthusiastically recounts some of the agreements the United Nations has negotiated with the nations of the world that supposedly makes this world a better place in which to live. Incredibly, this U.N. Treaty is listed as the second noteworthy accomplishment, under the year, "1977".

"1977 -- The Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques. ENMOD Convention prohibits the use of techniques that would have widespread, long-lasting or severe effects through deliberate manipulation of natural processes and cause such phenomena as earthquakes, tidal waves, and changes in climate and in weather patterns."

Just like that, this pamphlet states boldly that scientists do possess Weather Warfare capability, and then lists some of the various individual capabilities. Aren't we fortunate that the political leaders of the world have signed a piece of paper forbidding nations from using these weapons against each other? History is full of instances where pieces of paper called Treaties have been ignored almost from the moment they were signed.

However, this Treaty, or Convention, does not forbid political leaders from using these Weather Warfare weapons against their own people! This is what is occurring here, to convince Americans that our Industrial Civilization is so polluting the world that these storms are a natural result. Then, once they are so convinced, Americans will be amenable to changing our Industrial Civilization, and to moving into the U.N. Biodiversity Areas already mapped out. Of course, Americans are not at that point yet, but how many more "unprecedented" storms will it take, one after another, one on top of another, to convince them?

This U.N. pamphlet then lists the Billion Dollar Loss Storms in the decade from 1984-1994, with a footnote below the data that says: "Source: From Disaster Management to Sustainable Development: How the Public Sector, Private Sector, and Voluntary Organizations Can Work Together, WHO, 1994."

The use of the word, "sustainable" in the footnote, above, is damning evidence that all these natural disasters fit nicely into the New World Order Plan. One of the most used words in New Age literature is "sustainable". The demonic Guiding Spirits of the New Age leadership have repeatedly stated that the current Industrial Civilization is not "sustainable" and must be eliminated.

These Guiding Spirits further claim that, if mankind does not voluntarily eliminate its cherished Industrial Civilization, Mother Gaia (Earth Goddess) will begin to "cleanse" the earth herself. How will this Earth Goddess, Mother Gaia, "cleanse" the earth of the Industrial Civilization? She will cleanse the earth through natural disasters that will steadily build to such enormous levels that our Industrial Civilization will fall. Tens of millions, and perhaps hundreds of millions, of people will have to die for Mother Gaia to properly "cleanse" herself. But, once this "cleansing" is accomplished, the world will be able to live in perfect harmony with nature, because its civilization will be the kind that existed 300 years ago, and the population of the earth will have been reduced by two-thirds ["Herald of a New Age", by Ruth Montgomery].

This scenario is laid out in numerous New Age books. Isn't it convenient that Mother Gaia will have such wonderful assistance from Russian and American scientists? As you examine the information in Part 3, you will be able to see that we have been experiencing steadily increasing levels of natural disasters since 1983? New Age adherents will point to their writings to say that Mother Gaia is, indeed, beginning her cleansing action; we point to the Weather Warfare capabilities to say that scientists are deliberately fulfilling Mother Gaia's prophecies! In fact, this scenario is the ultimate in "self-fulfilling prophecies", don't you think?

NEWS BRIEF: "Pentagon & Kremlin Are Playing With Our Weather And Giving Us Storms and Floods", by L. Ponte, Pentagon Researcher, Star Magazine, July, 1982. "Ponte claims the Soviets have made advances in bending the all-important jet stream that sweeps across Siberia to set global wind patterns. By using explosive devices in the jet stream, scientists are trying to make it dip and rise in a wave that could replace the frigid Siberian winters with milder air from the south."


Doesn't this article capture much of the capability about which we have been writing in this series of articles on Weather Warfare? Consider the various types of weather phenomenon mentioned in this article, above:

a. Controlling the Jet Stream -- some reports indicate that the Jet Stream has, indeed, been changed. We read one report -- that we have since lost -- that said the Jet Stream was lowering, to the point where it might soon be blowing on the surface. Since the Jet Stream travels several hundreds of miles per hour, life on the surface would be impossible if the Jet Stream got that low. But, if you wanted to force people out of the cities and into the countryside, and if you wanted to change the Industrial Civilization, this would be one great weapon! If any of you hear of any storms blowing 200 miles per hour or more, send that article to me!

b. Changing course of rivers

c. Thawing icecaps -- Hardly a week goes by that we are not hearing of melting ice caps and glaciers. Yet, here we see that Weather Warfare can do just that. As we get into the technical aspect of how this Weather Warfare is carried out, we need to understand simply that scientists are shooting tens of millions of watts of power into the atmosphere. In other words, they are deliberately warming the atmosphere, and then turning around and warning us of "Global Warming"!

d. Altering Weather Patterns -- Again, we have seen daily reports of the unprecedented weather in this country and abroad. Some major TV networks are making our very unusual, unprecedented weather a nightly feature on their news. Now, we know that scientists from both Russia and America can create and direct the weather. Does that make them liable for the devastation and death that has resulted from much of our "unprecedented" weather? It should make them liable, but we know nothing will happen because our Government is never going to admit they control the weather.

e. Worldwide Flooding -- We have certainly seen much flooding in the United States since 1993. However, much of the world has also seen highly devastating floods. Third World countries have been very hard hit. Currently, we have flooding in the United States, China, other Asian countries, and Europe.

NEWS BRIEF: "Weather Modification As A Future Weapon: The Military May Have Added The Weather To Its Arsenal", by Louise A. Purrett, Science News, April 15, 1972, Vol. 101, page 255.

"Both intentionally and by accident, man has discovered ways to alter the weather ... In 1968, Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a geophysicist who is now a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality [President Nixon], described possible military applications of weather modification in a chapter of the book, 'Unless Peace Comes'. " Louise Purrett then lists some of the devastating weather that can be produced:

1. Heavy precipitation -- Of course, heavy precipitation causes flooding, just exactly what we have been experiencing lately, in the most fertile and productive agricultural land in the world, i.e., the American Midwest. Our own Government is using this Weather Warfare on us! Why? They want to move us into the New World Order, and change our system of Government. As we have stated so many times in the past, they are planning a severe series of crises to so panic us that we will allow our freedoms to be taken away.

2. Drought -- Today, July, 1998, the South, especially Texas, is experiencing the kind of drought that devastates farmers, and drives them into bankruptcy. How many straight days of record heat does it take to turn fertile farmland into useless wasteland? Remember, no civilization can survive if it loses its ability to feed its people. Since this current group of leaders is New Agers who hate our Industrial Civilization, we should be very concerned about their ability to control weather!

3. Steer Hurricanes toward targeted shores -- We should never, ever have to worry about a hurricane hitting our shores again! But, they continue to do so, don't they? Keep this in mind for our next article, Part 3.

4. Warm or cool the entire world's temperature -- I think it is now very clear that our scientists are causing Global Warming. Of course, such Global Warming serves the purposes of causing enough panic to allow a Global Government to be established. See NEWS1198 for more details.

5. Punching a hole in the Ozone layer over an enemy nation. Isn't it interesting to note that this phenomenon is precisely what is being alleged by New Age leaders? What is their solution? To totally change our lifestyle. We will speak more to what they really mean by this in Part 3.

6. Alter the Ice Caps, possibly even bringing on a new Ice Age. Therefore we know that these technology can be used to bring on either a warming or a cooling of the entire world, depending upon what the leaders want to do. It seems apparent that they have decided to warm the world.

We find a source like Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a geophysicist of the caliber needed to become head of President Nixon's EPA Council, totally believable.

We could quote many more articles that the ones chosen for this Three Part Report. These other articles come from prestigious papers as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Newsweek Magazine, and Federal Government publications. However, for the sake of brevity, we will not be reporting these other articles individually, as they tell the same story as the ones we have reported.

SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT WEATHER CONTROL AND WARFARE IS REAL

As we stated earlier, we had read books by New Age scientists who were horrified by Weather Control as it related to Extremely Low Frequency [E.L.F.] waves being generated by GWEN and HAARP radio transmitters; however, we know that New Age adherents do lie in order to sell people on their cause, and so we did not feel comfortable with publishing material simply on New Age scientists.

However, once we found this United Nations treatry forbidding the use of Weather Warfare, plus articles from reputable newspapers and magazines reporting the exact use of weather technology as these New Age scientists were reporting, we revisited their books and reported their concerns.

Let us now look at the concerns of scientists about radio transmitted waves that control the weather and steer it.

ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY -- AT JUST THE RIGHT ELF FREQUENCY!

The key Tesla discovery was that the earth itself reverberated with a pulsing electrical current in the low ELF range; in fact, Tesla discovered the exact frequency at which the earth pulsates normally. By causing many towers to pulsate at the same exact ELF frequency at which the earth normally pulsates, scientists could create storms, manuever them, and dissipate them at will. They could cause earthquakes by combining the power from numerous towers. In fact, this Tesla discovery could duplicate almost every single phenomena of Nature.

The idea behind Weather Control is this simple, when you think about it simply.

Further, when you see and experience a strong thunderstorm, with a lot of lightening and thunder, what fact about this storm strikes you the most? Are you not impressed by the powerful display of energy that you witness? Energy is the primary ingredient behind nature's storms. Therefore, you must believe that, just perhaps, if energy is the most dominant outward factor in all kinds of storms, then energy at just the right ELF frequency might be the key factor in creating such storms in the first place.

So, you ask, how much energy is required to create, and then direct, storms? The answer to that question depends upon many factors, but let us tell you how much capability has been built into the newly created power transmission station in remote Alaska. These power transmission towers are not your typical towers, as they are designed to generate power in such a way that it is beamed up into the ionosphere in tremendous quantities.

"The $30 million [Pentagon] project, euphemistically named HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), is made to beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere -- the electrically charged layer above Earth's atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope -- just transmitting instead of receiving. It will 'boil the upper atmosphere'. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans." ["Angels Don't Play This HAARP", page 8]

"... the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities. HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund's invention into practice." [Page 29] Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise just recently acquired to control the weather. By pouring measured energy that has been focussed into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms like hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes, and drought. Our information also tells us that, not only can hurricanes be created, they can be dismantled should scientists so desire. And, they certainly can be driven on the ocean much like we drive our cars on roadways.

Let us examine still more aspects of this HAARP technology that is pouring such enormous quantities of energy into our upper atmosphere. Researches quickly found that this technology could be used in ways other than just to control the weather. They discovered they had stumbled upon a weapon which could be used most effectively, to destroy, destroy, and destroy some more, with the vast majority of the peoples of the world completely unaware of what was happening to them. After all, most people today still believe that the control of the basic weather of this planet is out of the control of mankind.

Now, let us examine some of the concerns of these New Age scientists of the damage HAARP can inflict upon the earth. HAARP can:

1. Create Earthquakes on demand wherever and whenever you wish on the earth. [Pages 18, 26 speak of using HAARP to create earthquake. However, our military discovered, by accident, how to create earthquakes using slightly different technology. Listen to the specific earthquake caused on page 47]. "The planetary-scale engineers tried to replace a ten by forty kilometer section of the ionosphere with a 'telecommunications shield' of 350,000 copper needles tossed into orbit ... when the military sent up a band of tiny copper wires into the ionosphere to orbit the planet so as to 'reflect radio waves and make reception clearer', we had the 8.5 Alaska earthquake and Chile lost a good deal of its coast. That band of copper wires interfered with the planetary magnetic field."
2. Manipulate Global Weather Systems, changing weather patterns, rainfall, drought [Page 19, 26]
3. Earth going wild in its rotation, possibly spinning out of control [page 21]
4. Redirecting Jet Streams [Page 34, 39]
5. Redirecting flow of Electrojet Stream [Page 41]
6. Magnifying and Focussing sunlight, called 'Skybusting' [Page 35]. This process could burn holes in the protective ozone layers, thus allowing intense sunlight to pour through, burning mankind severely [Page 57]. Look at Revelation 16:8.
7. Mind Control [Page 17-18, 26]. Using extremely low frequency bombardment at just the same frequency as the human brain operates, you can change a person's thoughts or emotions. God help us all when and if wicked men achieves finesse with this weapon!


8. HAARP can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation! [Page 38, 62]. This process is protected by patent 4,873,928. This might be the "great" sword being wielded by the forces of Antichrist in Revelation 6:4. With this weapon, you could attack targets with nuclear-sized explosions without having to deliver nuclear warheads on missiles, or on aircraft, or any carrier!! This development could render all military calculations about how to defend against an enemy's attack completely useless.

Suddenly, my mind illuminated like a lightbulb! Suddenly, I understood why the Russian and American negotiators were suddenly able to reach agreement on the destruction of so many warheads and missiles. Each side even allowed inspection teams to oversee the destruction of actual warheads and missiles. The world felt very much safer.

However, warheads carried on missiles are obsolete!! If both sides can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation by HARRP-type radio transmitting towers, you would not need missiles to carry warheads. How can you defend against a nuclear-sized attack that is being initiated by silent, invisible ELF radio waves travelling at the speed of light? How do you defend against a nuclear-sized attack when it is being initiated by ELF radio waves that are being generated on enemy territory, fly up to the ionosphere above his territory, and then bounce back down to your territory to create the explosion!

Clearly, the world has entered an entirely new world of warfare that no one has even conceived let alone thought through very well.


CREATING A 500-YEAR-OLD FLOOD

Now that we have covered the necessary preparatory groundwork, let us now examine how scientists could create a major disaster. Let us choose the art of creating a major, 500-year flood in the Midwest, which occurred in 1993, when it rained for 40 days and 40 nights [what a coincidence that number is].

Before we can begin, we need to define two very important terms. We have alluded to them already, but have not officially identified them. Remember, this Weather Weapons' technology has been developed behind the simple idea of adding immense levels of energy, especially E.L.F. [Extremely Low Frequency] to the atmosphere. Stop to think of the importance of energy to a tornado, a thunderstorm, or a hurricane. Obviously, if you could add tremendous energy to the atmosphere, at the precisely correct ELF frequency, you could possibly simulate the manner in which storms are naturally created.

Scientists have developed two very different ways in which to throw enormous amounts of energy into the atmosphere. We will only explain each of them very briefly right now.

1. HAARP -- This acronym stands for High-frequency Active Aurol Research Project. HAARP is a "secret undertaking that is not unlike the Manhattan Project which gave us the atomic bomb." ["Angles Don't Play This HAARP", by Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning, Earthpulse Press, Alaska, 1995., p. 5.] HAARP irradiates the atmosphere with enormous levels of ELF radio waves. In addition to altering weather patterns and creating storms, HAARP is also known to change the way in which the human mind operates and even lower our resistance to disease. For now, we shall concentrate upon the Weather Control that HAARP gives our scientists.


HAARP towers look much like regular antenna towers but they specialize in ELF radio waves. While these types of towers are located in many parts of the world, America has constructed the largest array of towers in the world in Gakona, Alaska. These HAARP towers cover 40 acres, and are connected directly to a gas field, thus giving uninterrupted and cheap power to these fields. HAARP was fully functional in early 1993.

Incidentally, exactly how much ELF power can this HAARP array throw up into our atmosphere? HAARP in Alaska is created to "beam 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere, the electrically charged layer above Earth's atmosphere." [Ibid., p. 8]

HAARP provides the ability to put "unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled ... than the detonation of nuclear devices." [Ibid., p. 28]

HAARP is the "largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastland's invention into practice." {Ibid., page 29] Thus, Alaska provides just the right location on Earth for such an ionospheric heater that can be used to control and manipulate the weather as a weapon.

HAARP also differs from all other ionospheric heaters in the world. Whereas all other ionospheric heaters diffuse the ELF waves into the atmosphere, HAARP uniquely focuses the signal from many, if not all, the 40 acres of towers into one spot in the atmosphere! We will return to this unusual technology later, as we examine the ways in which this technology could be used to deliver many of the lying "signs and wonders" of Antichrist. Some scientists are worried that the military could actually punch a huge hole in the upper atmosphere with this unique focussing of such enormous amounts of power. If a hole were punched into the atmosphere, it would allow much greater amounts of sunlight to penetrate our world, thus possibly fulfilling prophecy in Revelation 16:8-9.

HAARP provides the capability to our military of creating weather by redirecting our upper level Jet Streams [Ibid., page 34-35]. We have already discussed the control of the Jet Stream, but here we see another author speaking of it.

2. GWEN -- Ground Wave Emergency Network -- These are huge towers that have as many as 100 copper wires fanning out at the base of the tower system underground. The Defense Department built these systems with the cover story that they would be useful for communication during and after a nuclear strike. But, that story will not hold up when you understand that a thermonuclear blast at the right altitude will completely fry all communications equipment, and will render it impossible to communicate by radio at all for several hours.


What GWEN towers really do is to work in conjunction with HAARP transmitters to create storms and alter weather patterns.

Now, let us examine how the 1993 flooding in the Midwest was created.


Did you know that God has placed huge "rivers of water" in our atmosphere? Reginald E. Newell of M.I.T. wrote in the "Geophysical Research Letters Journal" that rivers of water flow in the lower atmosphere. These "rivers" are not actually condensed water, but are vapors that really flow. In other words, man cannot see them, nor realize when he is flying an airplane through them. But, these vapor rivers are enormous. Their flows rival the actual flow on Earth of the mighty Amazon River. These rivers of vapor are 420 to 480 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long. These rivers of water are 1.9 miles above the earth, and have volumes of 165 million kilograms of water [340 million pounds] per second.

Scientists further discovered that there are five (5) atmospheric rivers in the Northern Hemisphere and five (5) more in the Southern Hemisphere. Each of these 10 rivers carries these flow rates mentioned above. [Ibid., page 75]

Now that we know there are rivers of water 1.9 miles above the surface, and one or more of them transverse the United States, how does one best create a massive, 500-year flood? The easiest way, of course, would be to throw up a dam that would prevent the vapor river from going on its normal way, thus dumping huge amounts of water behind where it had been "damned" up!

The question of the hour is, how can one create a "dam" in the atmosphere? Scientists have discovered that ELF generation can cause an electronic dam to be created in the atmosphere! These electronic dams can divert or block these vapor rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped!

This artificial dam that was created to cause the 1993 massive floods was formed from a combination of the HAARP towers in Alaska and the GWEN electronic towers throughout the Midwest. Scientists left this ELF transmission on for 40 days and 40 nights, probably mocking the flood by which God destroyed the earth in the Book of Genesis. You know, this type of God-mocking is precisely the Method of Operation (M.O.) of the godless, New Age type of individual. Scientists involved in this operation must be feeling very smug by now, as they must literally feel that they control the Earth, not the God of the Bible.


Not too long after this flood had ended, we heard news reports about how silly it is for people to continually build and re-build in flood prone areas. Surely, these reports said, it would be wiser to not re-build homes in an area subject to flooding. Folks, that is Step #1 of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, i.e., a radical idea proposed by a respected expert from a respected forum. After more of these devastating floods and other "natural" disasters, we will be hearing this rhetoric from none other than the President of the United States! This is the Plan!


Come to think of it, did we not hear the same story following Hurricane Andrew, and the beach erosion along the California and East Coasts? Of course, we did! These unprecedented storms are designed to persuade people that they must relocate to other, safer areas. Of course, these "safer" areas have already been selected and no one will have a say as to whether they want to move there.
Since this ELF technology can also create unlimited earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, I am more than a little upset to see that GWEN towers are located in California along the great earthquake faults and the volcanic areas of the Pacific Northwest. As I said in one of our earliest articles, it is one thing for a person to live in an earthquake prone area, thinking that they will just their chances with an earthquake killing them. After all, the chances of an earthquake occurring in just the right spot, at just the right time, to kill you and your family, are historically very low.

However, it is another matter entirely to think that you are living within the "rifle scope" of a military scientist, aiming the most terrifying weapon ever created right at you and your family! When you also realize the political New Age agenda under which these scientists and their military/political leadership are operating, you must realize that, just maybe, it is time to get out of that disaster prone area, locating wherever you want to relocate.

Despite a natural human tendency to be shocked into silence by the sheer number of dead and injured across Asia on 26 December 2004, and despite also being slightly fearful of losing personal credibility because of the magnitude of the apparent crime, there are many provable irregularities in the official American tsunami story that simply have to be recorded now, or forever be lost in the sands of time.
It is beyond any doubt that a giant tidal wave (tsunami) smashed its way through South and South East Asia, and still had enough legs to continue all the way across the Indian Ocean to Africa, where it killed and injured a few hundred more. So the only question we must ask, is whether this tsunami was a natural or man-made catastrophe? A natural event would be horrifying enough, but if the tsunami was man-made, then we are unquestionably looking at the biggest single war crime in global history.
To make any sense at all of the irregularities, we must start at the very beginning, and then follow the course of events as they unfold, especially events in the immediate vicinity of the real tsunami epicenter, because the latter is quite different from the location being remorselessly peddled by the New York Times and CNN.
At midday local Australian time I faithfully recorded the magnitude and position plotted by the Jakarta Geophysical Office in Indonesia. An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale had hit the north of the Indonesian island of Sumatra. The Jakarta Geophysical Office meticulously noted that the epicenter of the event was located 155 miles south-southwest of Aceh Province.
This location is approximately 250 miles south of the position later selected by the American NOAA, which plotted the epicenter to the north-west of Aceh, and initially claimed a Richter reading of 8.0. Alas, even that was not enough to cover the damage caused by this extraordinary event, so NOAA progressively upgraded the reading to 8.5, then to 8.9, and finally to 9.0 - at least for the present.
So, the first proven irregularities were peddled by American officials at the NOAA, who suddenly invented a new 'flexible' peak seismic wave for the event, of far greater magnitude than Jakarta, when the Jakarta office was located much closer at almost point-blank range. Believe me when I tell you there is no such thing as the new 'flexible' peak claimed by NOAA. The first seismic peak you record is the only real peak, unless of course you later manually draw in a few more peaks of your own, to match a contrived agenda. Naturally there is also only one epicenter, which was faithfully recorded by dozens of Indonesian and Indian seismographs.
Quite apart from the huge disparity in Richter values, the Indonesians and Indians were disturbed to find that the normal earthquake 'preamble' was missing from their seismograph charts. All this means is that the normal steadily increasing number of transverse shear "S" waves that always precede an earthquake were missing, as were later aftershocks, which likewise always accompany a naturally occurring or Tesla standing-wave generated earthquake. There were 'warnings' of aftershocks from the NOAA, but none actually eventuated.
To simplify matters for non-technical readers, an earthquake is always triggered by a resonant electromagnetic frequency in the range 0.5 to 12 Hertz, but it is not an instant process, because the resonant frequency must be precise. Thus as true resonance approaches, the fault line starts to tremble like a piece of rope under tension, and sends out warnings to the seismographs in the form of steadily increasing transverse shear waves.
If all you get is a cluster of "P" compression waves, then you are almost certainly looking at an underground or sub sea explosion. These were in fact the only copious seismic signals that the Indonesians and Indians received, and they looked curiously similar to those generated many years ago by large underground nuclear weapons in Nevada.

The Indian Government knew full well that this was not a "normal" earthquake. On 27 December India refused to join George Bush's planned exclusive 'club of four', which would have effectively pulled this Asian nuclear power out of its new coalition with Russia, China and Brazil. On 28 December the Indian Government politely warned the American military to stay clear of Indian sovereign territory, and on 29 December the India Daily Editorial publicly questioned the nature of the event: "Was this a showdown by a country to show the region what havoc can be created?" ... "Given the level of devastation and given the fact India is a regional power in South Asia, [the] Indian Navy has an obligation to investigate and tell the world what they found."

We will return later to the relatively simple task of delivering a multi-megaton thermonuclear weapon to the bottom of the Sumatran Trench, and then detonating it with awesome effect, but right now we need to return to our initial task of following the trail of events and inexplicable irregularities. First we must travel south to the distant desert island of Australia, currently ruled by an obsequious Wall Street toady known as Little Johnny Howard. To the intense displeasure of many of his Australian "subjects", Little Johnny never makes a move outside Australia unless he first receives explicit instructions from one of his New York minders. Remember this reality, because it is extremely important in terms of what Australia did next.
On the morning of 27 December, the Australian (New York owned) media was making it very clear that the most badly hit nation in the region was Sri Lanka, an island at the southern tip of India, which like Australia is a member nation of the British Commonwealth. Accordingly, Tim Costello, head of one of Australia's largest charities, made immediate plans to fly to the area and assess the need for aid. But that same morning, Little Johnny was dancing to a very different tune, which, based on his known subservience, must have been playing down his secure telephone line from Wall Street.
In true covert manner, Little Johnny secretly dispatched two RAAF Hercules transport planes packed with supplies to Malaysia on "Stand By", and directed two more to Darwin in Australia's north. Please note that if Little Johnny had any humanitarian concerns at all, all four Hercules could have flown directly to Commonwealth partner Sri Lanka, where every other Australian had already been told by the media that aid was needed. But no, it wasn't to be, and Little Johnny waited patiently for orders from New York.
The waiting period was short, and after a high-flying reconnaissance jet confirmed that the runway was clear at Medan in eastern Sumatra, all four Australian Hercules complete with troops, guns and other tackle, invaded Sumatra just south of the devastated province of Aceh. In turn, with 90% of its population killed by the tsunami, Aceh might perhaps one day soon become Indonesia's very own Guantanamo Bay, crawling with hundreds of heavily armed Australians and Americans.
Remember carefully though, at the time these four Hercules touched down in Medan, the ordinary Australian public still had no idea that Sumatra was badly hit. Only Little Johnny knew, and of course his trusty crystal ball in New York. To hell with Sri Lanka, his bosses wanted a main base for the huge reconstruction contracts in Asia, designed to replace the failed oil theft and reconstruction in Iraq, and keep poor old Zion on its tottering New York legs for a few more weeks or months.
In the end, what the hell did it matter how many Goyim had to die? And, hey, on the credit side they'd already managed to kill more than 100,00 Muslims in Sumatra with a single tidal wave, which was partial payback for their own resounding defeats in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Needless to say the Australians were merely the advance party, soon to be joined by a curiously well prepared and equipped U.S. Military, though it is doubtful that any of the officers and men involved really comprehend what is going on. Only a handful thought to question why they had been spending a whole year training for a "Humanitarian Mission", when the whole point of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps is normally to kill people in very large numbers. Just look at Fallujah, people, look at Fallujah.
As if by magic, the Pentagon managed to have two battle groups ready to sail at an instant's notice from Hong Kong and Guam during the normally chaotic Christmas to New Year period. Crikey! Military discipline has come a hell of a long way since my day, when everyone including the ship's cat was sleeping it off at some highly questionably hostelry or another. Not these 10,000+ Americans though, who must have been standing rigidly to attention beside their hammocks day and night, tugging furiously at their forelocks whenever an officer of NCO came in sight.
The next bit was superbly orchestrated, because it took place at sea, far away from the prying eyes of dock spies or imaginary KGB agents. But oops, first you have to know who was involved. Out of Hong Kong rushed team one, comprised of the nuclear-powered USS Abraham Lincoln and her escort vessels, while the far more interesting team two rushed out of Guam, led by the USS Bonhomme Richard, a marine amphibious assault carrier crammed to the gunwales with gun-toting wooden tops. And that is not all, believe me, because the Bonhomme Richard is in fact leading a veritable armada known as "Expeditionary Strike Group 5".
Flagship USS Bonhomme Richard is accompanied by the U.S.S. Duluth, an amphibious transport dock vessel; the USS Rushmore, a landing ship dock; the guided missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill, guided missile destroyer USS Milius, and the guided missile frigate USS Thach. To take care of the underwater side of things they are joined by the nuclear hunter-killer submarine USS Pasadena, while the U.S. Coast Guard's high-endurance cutter Munro is also tagging along, presumably to deal with Asian Customs and Excise.
Now then, though 'Strike Group 5' may be toting enough nuclear weapons to destroy half of the known world, and the title is perhaps lacking when viewed from a strictly humanitarian perspective, engineer chief Staff Sgt. Julio C. Dominguez says otherwise: "The Marine Service Support Group has been preparing for a humanitarian mission of this type for about 12 months now, and is more prepared for an actual mission". Well, OK chief, but didn't you ask why you were being trained for a mysterious humanitarian mission a year before it actually happened, especially when your day job is normally shooting Muslims full of holes?
The really sneaky (inexplicable) bit came as both battle groups entered the Indian Ocean. The USS Abraham Lincoln looked about as innocent as a carrier with 70 attack planes can look, but was already carrying 2,000 marines instead of her normal complement of around 500. That is a huge amount of grunt firepower to put on the deserted streets of Banda Aceh, especially when Wall Street normally expects these marines to die quietly for Zion in Iraq. Now then, how did they know the extra marines would be needed before team one left Hong Kong, because the surplus 1,500 marines were certainly not just standing around on Kowloon dock waiting to hitch a ride.
Then while the two battle groups (apparently) headed in two different directions across the deserted Indian Ocean, an even stranger event took place. Though Expeditionary Strike Group 5 (Humanitarian) was supposed to help the folks in Sri Lanka, the combat marines aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard transferred to amphibious transport dock vessel U.S.S. Duluth, which then split from ESG-5 and headed towards team one. So without the Indonesians really being aware of it, the (relatively) harmless and Bulky aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln has been used to screen the arrival of at least 3,500 heavily-armed US Marines in tiny Aceh Province.
That more or less brings us up to date on known military activity, though yesterday an Australian television cameraman did accidentally film some of these heavily-armed US Marines (who tried to shoo him away), searching a devastated Indonesian military base for any remaining weapons. Now call me old-fashioned, but if these guys and their bosses are straight, that particular job should be left to the Indonesian Army…

Theoretically, the American 9 megaton W-53 thermonuclear warhead shown on the left, could easily be encased in a small 'lookalike' saturation diving chamber similar to that on the right, to protect it from the massive 10,000 pounds per square inch pressures at the bottom of the Sumatran Trench. The whole armored package would weigh less than five tons, allowing it to be slipped over the stern of any oil rig supply vessel, of which there are more than 300 in Asia alone. Who would even notice?

I will be circumspect as to exactly how a large American thermonuclear weapon managed to arrive at the bottom of the Sumatran Trench, though all of the seismic evidence and preparedness for the resulting mission indicates strongly that this is the case. After all, we are back to the age-old question of "who benefits?", and in this particular case, "Who is insane enough to kill more than 150,000 civilians just to hang on to power?' Based on their past performance in Iraq and other luckless countries, it would seem that the only realistic candidates are Wolfowitz and company, striving as always to create a "One World Government".
Certainly no other nuclear powers including Russia and China stand to gain anything at all from such an outrageous mass murder, so, as always in the end, we come back to Sherlock Holmes via the pen of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle: "When you have ruled out the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, is the truth."
For the Zionist Cabal, obtaining a thermonuclear weapon in America is no great trick, especially when we have the precedent of 100 small 'decommissioned' air-to-air atomic warheads being smuggled out the Pentagon's (civilian) back door, to form the core of the Jewish State's current nuclear arsenal. Once a weapon system is out date and out of service, loyal uniformed US military personnel can no longer track it.
Those who wish to understand how such a seemingly small weapon could rattle a 20,000 feet-deep oceanic trench, and then force a giant tsunami right across the Indian Ocean, would do well to look at the diagram of the famous 'Dambusters' attacking the German dam below, most of which is self-explanatory

The designer of the RAF's bouncing bomb (actually called "Highball") was a scientist called Barnes Wallace, who had already gained a formidable reputation with his Wellington bomber, which he constructed geodetically, thus enabling it to absorb enormous punishment before actually being shot out of the sky. Many Wellington returned to base literally in tatters, while many luckless cousins like the Stirling and Halifax were all too often consigned to the murky deep of the North Sea.
Wallace knew that bombing the dams vertically was a complete waste of time, and the only possibility of success lay in placing a mine hard up against the dam wall at its base. You see, water cannot be compressed, meaning that if the mine was pressed against the dam wall at the moment of detonation, part of its energy would automatically be expended on the wall itself. Too far away in the relatively shallow water, and most of the blast energy would be lost to atmosphere, in a huge exploding cloud of water of course.
Though it was obvious that the dam wall could not be destroyed by a single bomb from a single Lancaster bomber (it would weight far too much for the aircraft to get off the ground), Wallace pinned his hopes on the scientific fact that cumulative stress should do the job, and he was proved right. Though officially three of the bombs, each containing 6,500 pounds of TNT, were considered to be direct hits, one of these veered off slightly, meaning that the giant Mohne Dam was completely breached by a total of 13,000 pounds of tri-nitro toluene.
It is the incompressibility of water in particular that matters deep down in the Sumatran Trench. At the bottom you already have 10,000 pounds of pressure per square inch pressing down on your weapon of choice, and above that weapon there is a column of water 20,000 feet tall, which is what caused the pressure in the first place. Not only that. The trench narrows at the bottom, meaning that the weapon is 'hemmed-in', with a very real chance of moving a tectonic plate if sufficient tonnage is used.

In this particular case there was no real need to shift a tectonic plate, and science suggests that if this blast had caused such an effect, several very powerful aftershocks would have occurred, as has happened with every other major earthquake in the past. But, as previously stated, and setting aside the seemingly deliberate provocative though false warnings from the American NOAA, there has not been a single aftershock which can be directly & scientifically linked to the 'event' in the Sumatran Trench at 0758 hours local on 26 December 2004. Later tremors might or might not be connected to the weapon.
To force subservience on Asia, and ensure the lion's share of incredibly lucrative reconstruction contracts, all that was needed was a very large tsunami targeted on the selected nations, which was easily within the capabilities of a large thermonuke. There is nothing new about "Sea Bursts" as they are called, and more than 30 years ago plans existed in both America and Russia to wipe out each other's coastal cities using exactly this technique. The tidal wave from a deep sea burst is relatively clean, allowing the aggressor to take over both land and remaining buildings etc. with the minimum of delay.
If everything had gone to plan, then Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India would have been in hock to the IMF and World Bank for thirty or more years - time enough to wait for the price of oil to come down again after the lethal fiasco in Iraq. At the same time, if the Indian Government had taken the bait, the deadly Russian-Chinese-Indian-Brazilian coalition would have been dead in the water. Not a bad day's work for a single thermonuclear weapon discreetly removed from the decommissioning process.
There are those who may claim that I have 'left out' the giant ExxonMobil gas fields in Aceh, but that is not the case. Certainly they are very productive sub-surface fields, and will unquestionably produce lots of gas again once the surface equipment has been repaired, but in isolation they are completely incapable of saving the New Zion from collapse. Wall Street needs giant reconstruction contracts, and plenty of them.
If I remember correctly, shortly before Christmas I received a large number of emails from various people about some "German Guy", who apparently claimed that Wolfowitz had got hold of a critical weapon and was going to nuke Houston on either the 26 or 27 of December. I never did read the whole email, but it seems very likely that it was initially circulated by Wolfowitz or one of his ilk, as a classic disinformation distraction. Try something along the lines of "You suckers all watch Houston very carefully on 26 December, while I nuke Asia behind your backs… "

India has a major air force base on the Island of Car Nicobar, which guards the front line of Indian airspace in the Bay of Bengal. This base was being upgraded as 'home' to 25 of the IAF's Russian Sukhoi SU 30 jets, every one of which is capable of firing both the Sunburn and Onyx Mach 2.0+ sea skimming anti-ship missiles.
The Sukhoi squadrons were due to arrive in Car Nicobar on 14 December, but had to be delayed because of construction work, which is extremely ironic. Despite the tidal wave roaring over the island and breaking up the runways, India still has its incredibly valuable SU 30 hyper performance planes, now situated on the mainland fully armed, and within striking range of both US Battle Fleets currently in the Indian Ocean.
"We will have the fighters operating from the base within six months," a determined Air Chief Marshal S Krishnaswamy said as he assessed the damage caused to the [Car Nicobar] base. "In a year's time we will make the base fully operational. The problem is of transporting each and every construction material by ships and planes again to this place. The material include even the concrete which we have to lay on the runway."
There could also have been a major catastrophe at Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India's southernmost state and home to its fast breeder nuclear reactor. About another 0.2 on the Richter Scale, and the world (india in Particular) would very likely have been facing a second Chernobyl - yet another catastrophic 'spin-off' from the Sumatran Trench event. Fortunately, as if by fate, the tidal wave damaged only the cooling water inlets, which play no part in the nuclear process.
As I post this update in the early hours of 6 January, Bloomberg has very kindly just confirmed the transfer of power from Expeditionary Strike Group 5 (humanitarian duties only), to the USS Abraham Lincoln battle group off Aceh. Now not one but both massive assault landing carriers are bound for poor old Indonesia and its 110,000,000 Muslim citizens...
"The USS Bonhomme Richard and USS Duluth today arrived in Sumatran waters and airlifted more than 200,000 pounds (90,000 kilograms) from two warehouses for distribution to areas unreachable by road, the U.S. embassy in Jakarta said in an e- mailed statement. The ships carry 25 helicopters each and more than doubled the number of U.S. aircraft to carry aid. "

THE Pentagon considered developing a host of non-lethal chemical weapons that would disrupt discipline and morale among enemy troops, newly declassified documents reveal.
Most bizarre among the plans was one for the development of an "aphrodisiac" chemical weapon that would make enemy soldiers sexually irresistible to each other. Provoking widespread homosexual behaviour among troops would cause a "distasteful but completely non-lethal" blow to morale, the proposal says.

Other ideas included chemical weapons that attract swarms of enraged wasps or angry rats to troop positions, making them uninhabitable. Another was to develop a chemical that caused "severe and lasting halitosis", making it easy to identify guerrillas trying to blend in with civilians. There was also the idea of making troops' skin unbearably sensitive to sunlight.

The proposals, from the US Air Force Wright Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio, date from 1994. The lab sought Pentagon funding for research into what it called "harassing, annoying and 'bad guy'-identifying chemicals". The plans have been posted online by the Sunshine Project, an organisation that exposes research into chemical and biological weapons.

Spokesman Edward Hammond says it was not known if the proposed $7.5 million, six-year research plan was ever pursued.

Over the centuries, in times of war or threatened war, deterrence has frequently been used to avoid direct hand-to-hand or nation-to-nation combat. The most memorable recent use of deterrence as a weapon was the sixties and seventies “Cold War” between America and the Soviet Union, with both sides pointing huge arsenals of nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles at each other. Neither side dared fire the first ICBM, because the calculated ultimate result of a long-range nuclear exchange would have been the total destruction of both sides; a process known in western military circles as MAD [Mutually Assured Destruction].
Deterrence has also been used on a “proxy” basis by the superpowers, when smaller states have threatened each other in such a way that other countries would inevitably have been drawn into the conflict. One such example was Israel’s attack on the Arab nations, when air reconnaissance photographs proved the Israelis were arming their nuclear intermediate-range missiles, in order to destroy the civilian populations of “enemy” capital cities in the Middle East. Realizing the imminent danger of an Arab holocaust, the Russians very openly armed two “Scud C” missile batteries in Egypt with nuclear warheads, then casually aimed them directly at Tel Aviv. Mutual destruction was thus assured by the superpower umpire, and deterrence won the day.
Nuclear weapons were not the long-term deterrence solution however, because in the event of a madman calling someone’s bluff, a nuclear weapon would actually have to be fired with unpredictable results. What was needed was a far more subtle system, one that could be used openly in such a way that the public would not recognize it as a weapon system at all. Most obvious was the serious manipulation of weather patterns on the “aggressor’s ” home turf, thereby forcing him to back off ,or face military and economic ruin.
Such weather weapons, under active development by Russia, France, America and other countries for at least the last fifty years, can also be used for “indirect” warning purposes. Say for example that the Zionists in New York were intent on capturing Arab oil supplies in order to save the American “economy”, and their principal weapon was American air power launched primarily from US aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf.
Fine so far, but what if a directed weather weapon was then used to demonstrate how easy it would be to completely destroy one of the largest nuclear-powered aircraft carriers in the entire US Fleet [without actually sinking it]. Exactly how would the Zionists respond to a demonstration of such awesome power?
First, of course, there would need to be a warning of the upcoming event, or those in power could all too easily write the demonstration off as merely a severe “quirk” in the weather. Strong though unsubstantiated rumor suggests that just such a warning was sent to the US Department of State on 27 December 2002, but was ignored. Try not to worry too much about this warning folks. After all, it is still only a rumor that the warning was sent to the US Department of State, and only fools listen to rumors, right?

Approximately twenty-four hours later a massive cyclone, initially predicted by the Hawaii-based Joint Typhoon Warning Centre to reach only category 1-2 on a scale of 1-5, span out of control in the Pacific, rapidly descending on the “Solomon Islands”, which by pure coincidence are namesakes of the most sacred Zionist and Masonic “Solomon’s Temple” in Jerusalem.
Cyclone Zoe was far and away more powerful than Cyclone Tracy, which completely destroyed the Australian City of Darwin three decades ago. We will shortly return and examine the extremely “unnatural” behavior of this unheard-of 300-mph category 7+ monster called Zoe.
At midnight on Christmas day, the captain of the American nuclear aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln [CVN72], received new top secret orders while anchored off the port of Fremantle in Western Australia. Rather than depart Fremantle on 26th December for her homeport in Washington State, USA, CVN72 was ordered to remain in Australia for another two days. The objective was to take on maximum supplies before departing for the Persian Gulf, as the spearhead of an as-yet-undeclared American war on Iraq during early January.
The Zionists had panicked at the prospect of Hans Blix and his weapons inspectors not finding a single “weapons of mass destruction” left anywhere in Iraq, and accordingly ordered their lackey George W. Bush to launch a preemptive strike on Iraq in early January 2003, before Hans Blix could make his “embarrassing” findings public on the 21st January, as ordered by the United Nations Security Council.
There would of course be countless American as well as Iraqi lives sacrificed in the upcoming war, but the Zionists were not worried about that. Almost any sacrifice was acceptable in order to ensure that the “important” people on Wall Street could hang on to their obscene six or seven-figure incomes, and big houses with a Porsche or Jaguar in every driveway.
Obeying her new orders with alacrity, the USS Abraham Lincoln slipped her mooring in Gage Roads off Fremantle on 28th December, and headed ponderously out to sea. When well clear of the local shipping lanes, she changed course and headed directly towards the Persian Gulf. And while CVN72 sailed steadily north through the Indian Ocean on her deadly mission for Zion, Cyclone Zoe started to go completely berserk in the Pacific, increasing spin velocity to impossible figures, and changing course for the small Solomon island of Tikopia.

The islanders of Tikopia received a brief radio warning of the impending problem, and therefore had sufficient time to hide in the island’s deep caves before disaster struck. But as luck would have it, not a single islander saw anything of the “cyclone” at all, because it struck the island in pitch darkness just after midnight.
By dawn the cyclone had gone, leaving confused islanders and some very strange damage in its wake. Nor was there any immediate emergency response from “big brother” Australia, which normally responds to these maritime emergencies like lightning, but this time inexplicably decided to stay at home and not help at all.
First contact with Tikopia was made by New Zealand cameraman Geoff Mackley, affectionately known as “Rambocam” because of his habit of plunging headlong into major disaster zones armed with a chainsaw and a camera. Mackley uses the chain saw to cut his way through to ground zero, and then uses the camera to take exclusive disaster photos for more cowardly members of the world’s media.
On New Year’s Day Geoff Mackley found a “crazy Australian” willing to fly him across to Tikopia in a single engined Cessna, and they made the round-trip armed only with a paper map and hand-held GPS. His main comment on first sight, was that “the island looked like Hiroshima, with whole villages inundated by the sea.” Perhaps because he was far too busy to think about it, Geoff failed to ask the obvious question of why the big butch Aussies with their giant C130 military rescue planes, had suddenly decided to stay away completely.
As a result of Zoe intensifying, attacking, and then dissipating during the night hours, only the infrared satellite cameras managed to record the full fury and magnitude of this event. At the height of her activity, Zoe presented a front more than 220 miles across, with an intense “eye” measuring ten miles in diameter. The central pressure was so low and the vortex effect so magnified, this unique “cyclone” also created a massive travelling whirlpool in the ocean, several miles wide and many hundreds of feet deep.
The islanders saw nothing of this, and would have had little cause for concern if they had. After all, Tikopia is one of the exposed tips of an underwater mountain range rising out of the deep, and as such could not be sucked down into a giant travelling whirlpool, no matter how wide or how deep. Mind you, if this travelling whirlpool had collided with the USS Abraham Lincoln in mid-ocean, it would have been a very different story. All 91,000 tons of CVN72, complete with her 74 airplanes and 5,000 crew, would have been sucked down to the bottom of the giant whirlpool, never to resurface again A truly frightening thought for nervous sailors, who are perhaps not accustomed to Jules Verne nightmares actually coming true in real life.

You do not have to take my word for the extraordinary nature of Zoe’s activity, because it is shown very clearly on the photographs on this page. Where or when did any of you anywhere see flimsy plywood huts with straw roofs still standing, after being hit by 300 mph winds? Nowhere! Even 150 mph cyclonic winds travelling through an American trailer park, are enough to throw entire buildings up in the air.
Now take a closer look at the photographs, people, take a much closer look. Note that although these Tikopia huts are still standing with their roofs intact, they have been gently swamped with thousands of tons of sand which now reaches up to the top of the hut doorways, approximately six feet above normal ground level.
This is possible only in the case of a huge but very slow moving water mass, as in the case of the Mississippi River flooding, and depositing silt in your house before the waters eventually subside. But no flood on the Mississippi River, has ever left silt six-feet-deep in any house known to man in less than twelve hours.
Bear in mind also that this is “extra” sand in the huts, because the beaches around the island have not been washed away, or washed inland. In fact, careful comparison with earlier photographs of Tikopia proves that the beaches themselves have increased in size because of even more sand deposition. The only possible explanation is that the whirlpool completely encircled Tikopia as the cyclone passed by, sparing the island from the worst of the perimeter wind velocities, and slowly washing in thousands of tons of extra sand from the ocean deep. As I said before, never mind what I say, examine the photographic evidence for yourself.
Not long after this staggering performance, the USS Abraham Lincoln abruptly changed course again, and sailed in a holding pattern while waiting for further orders. CVN72 did not have long to wait. Within 24 hours Australia was contacted, and permission sought for the USS Abraham Lincoln to return to Fremantle for an unspecified period of time. As I write this report, CVN72 is expected to arrive back at her mooring in Gage Roads off Fremantle, at 1115 hrs on Monday 6 January 2003.
This will be a first for Fremantle, well-used to handling hundreds of American warships over the years, none of which have suddenly turned around and come back to their moorings after the usual "ceremonial" departure. The whole thing is embarrassing because the Australian street traders are out of stock, and the slinky ladies of the night are still trying to recover from their overwhelming Christmas rush. But somehow the little port will manage, as it always has in the past.
Perhaps there was no warning sent to the US State Department at all, and perhaps there is no real connection between the shattering weather demonstration in the Pacific, and CVN72’s unprecedented return to Fremantle port. Maybe that well-known humanitarian George W. Bush, and his masters in New York, felt sorry for the crew and decided to turn the 91,000 ton nuclear carrier around, so that the enlisted men could have a bit more fun in the bars and clubs of Fremantle. Well, yes. Perhaps and maybe.

As forecast, the giant nuclear aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln [CVN72] arrived back in Western Australia late on Monday morning, January 6, and dropped her hook in the Gage Roads anchorage, located a few miles off the beach at Fremantle.
Unlike her first arrival just before Christmas, there were no bands playing aboard CVN72, and absolutely no media interviews with "Jolly Jack Tars" on their way to the bars and clubs. Indeed not! This time only a small compliant group of media was allowed on board the carrier, to be selectively and very sparsely "briefed" by a visibly anal-retentive junior admiral.
All other ranks are confined to the USS Abraham Lincoln for at least the next week, preventing any of them from "accidentally" speaking to members of the Australian public. With the warm and inviting lights of Fremantle clearly visible to all just a few miles away, this is trully remarkable discipline.
The admiral stiffly explained that his ship had been "near Bali" when ordered to turn back, with one of the major requirements being to "have an Australian contractor paint the flight deck". In fact CVN72 was actually 552 nautical miles WEST of Bali and heading direct for the Persian Gulf at the time, but hey, that's sort of "near Bali" isn't it?
Clearly then, sometime between the USS Abraham Lincoln's departure from Fremantle on December 28, and her return on January 6, painting the flight deck had suddenly become an extremely high tech task that could only be completed by Australians in Australia. This should come as great news to the 5,000+ American crew members of CVN72, who normally paint their own flight deck all the time.
Unfortunately, painting the deck is considered so secret and vital to the "war effort" at this time, that all 5,000+ American crew members are being confined to CVN72, presumably in order to personally supervise half a dozen Australian painters with spray guns!
Opening his sphincter muscle just a little, the admiral decided to crack a joke for the media. Forgetting for a moment that his ship was [officially] supposed to be heading home to it's port in Washington State, the admiral claimed he picked up his public address microphone, near Bali of course, and asked his jolly crew, "How would you guys like to go back to Australia?"
Apparently they all shouted back "YES SIR!" while tugging furiously at their forelocks, in turn bringing to mind scenes from a Gilbert and Sullivan musical. Obviously then, supervising half a dozen Australian contractors paint the flight deck was far more appealing for the 5,000+ crewmembers, than theoretically jumping into bed with their wives or girlfriends back in Washington State.
There may be an upside to this story. If Cyclone Zoe's big sister Cyclone Annie should suddenly come roaring out of the mouth of the Swan River at Fremantle, and engulf the USS Abraham Lincoln, there will not be too much damage. The Gage Roads anchorage is relatively shallow, and CVN72 will just settle on the bottom with her flight deck still well above water.
In turn this will provide Fremantle with a new permanent heliport, and the nuclear reactors on board the static USS Abraham Lincoln will be an excellent source of free energy to light the bars and night clubs on shore. This certainly seems a better option than attacking Iraq...
